They cost literally 3 - 4 times the price of other stores. They have the most stringent return policies ever, and they have no basis in logic (rented a book for nearly 300$, realized a day later I didnt need it, they refuse to take it back. No matter what.) Seriously, use Amazon or eBay. Ive saved several thousand dollars in just one year by not using Barnes and Noble, I have no idea why I did now. Trust me, save yourself the aggravation and avoid this place. Not to mention that the textbook manager was super rude after being asked where a book was.. Just a bad time whenever I have to come in there.

After calling 3 times to see if my text book for a summer course came in, with no response I went to the B&N bookstore to see if it came in for myself. The service sucked. Nobody helped me. When I did finally get some help, the employee knew nothing more about getting my book or if it had come in anymore then I already did. I would order through Amazon. Its quicker and you actually get the book when they say so.

Really need to get your hours down, several times Ive gone when both the website and sign on the door says they are open, only to find the doors locked. Ive even called after I went and they were closed, and the automated message said they were open. I really just go here because its close and I dont want to drive to debtford, but other than that I would try somewhere else next time.

Nice for students, but not for others. They do not honor B&N coupons and member cards. I was told to go to another store to use my member card and coupons because they are "a college bookstore" and not a regular B&N store. It is a nice store, selection limited to what students would need. Would like to see them consider nearby residents, and to honor B&N memberships.

The Starbucks doesnt accept payment through the app or make certain drinks. The student store orders too many XXXL and XXL clothing items. They rarely have L, XL, or M in stock. They need to order more of the regular sizes than the XXXL/XXL. Frustrating.

More a Rowan book store than a B&N. coffee here at the Starbucks is ok, not the standard high quality stuff, and not everything is offered. That said, the atmosphere here is nice due to big tall windows creating a spacious yet cozy feel.

Stopped in for the first time and was surprised to see it wasnt just the RU bookstore, but also had a nice selection of kids books and more. Cafe area has plenty of seating and the staff was great. Will definitely be back with the family.

Delish pineapple smoothie. Staff at the cafe are awesome I was 4th in line amd thoroughly enjoyed waiting my turn as I watched the awesome customer service they provided each customer.

This is a "College B&N", didnt take our B&N Kids Card #, didnt take our digital coupons, left without purchasing anything, went to a regular B&N to buy books.

This is a Rowan College sponsored location. Its mostly Rowan merchandise & college specific material. Go to the Deptford location for a real B&N experience.

Really nice Barnes & Nobles. Its big with a huge cafe. Tons of books upstairs and downstairs. A lot of Rowan swag.
