Madd Styron

I love this place. I was told to check it out by a few of my friends, but what really sold me was when I was buying my girlfriend a trade of Girl Genius, and the owner starts talking to me for twenty minutes about how much fun the story is (sidenote: he was totally right.) I just love how excited and enthusiastic people are about comics here. And they really want to share their love for comics with you. Also, Ive only been able to go to D&D night once, but it was a lot of fun. Definitely put this place on your list.

I went in with my kids (ages 4 and 6) for Free Comic Book Day. Trying to wrangle the two as they were looking at comics, Pokémon games, miniatures, role playing games and toys was a little more involved than I expected but the staff at Showcase never rolled their eyes or got agitated about my hooligans running around. That kind of customer service is awesome in my book. Tons of back issues, and games for days. And the place is huge for hosting game nights.

Its moved from where I knew it, but many of the memories remain. Whatever you fancy, they have it and probably have a night devoted to it. War games, board games, collectible card games, comic books, rpgs, and more, Showcase Comics is one of kind and I wish there were more places like it around. There are the standard to which I judge all other comic book shops.

Wonderful selection of all things nerdy, geeky, and otherwise directed towards gamers and comic affectionados. The operators are very knowledgeable and involved in the aspects that they most identify with, and are quite friendly! Definitely one of the better game shops Ive been to!

Best Family Owned store of its type within at least 20 miles. Has comics, board games, and traditional gaming supplies well stocked. Staff is very nice and will help with hobby or game advice. They are also willing to place orders for whatever you might need!

Great service! Always has exactly what Im looking for. Has a terrific selection of MTG cards, Comics, Games, and Supplies. If anyone wants to get into a hobby like D&D, Table Top or a Card game this is where you get started. Also, the owner is awesome.

I used to buy from Showcase before they relocated. Stumbled across them again while taking my mom to physical therapy. Still great selection and great costumer service. I make sure to stop in when I take mom to PT.
