I just visited this Barnes & Noble and I was compelled to write a review. For such a posh area youd think this place would cater to people ? Wrong !!! Two outlets in the whole store LOL amazing Its really true !! Staff is rude, really thats an understatement, more like unhelpful !!! I needed some help finding two books in which their book terminal said were in stock and in the history section. After spending close to 45 minutes looking for these books I decided to ask for help. The women I spoke to was rude she said "their in the history section", no kidding !!!! But when she looked she couldnt find the two books I was looking for insted she offered me two books in which I was not looking for go figure !! Its pretty sad that the so called Starbucks is not really a Starbucks as I found out they would not take my Starbucks Card. Really !!!! I asked isnt this a Starbucks ??? The women said yes but no , as she continued to ramble on she said they sell Starbucks Coffee but we do not take the Starbucks Card. So really this is a knock off Starbucks that sells cheap coffee and over priced pastry. In all my experience here was grim the books I wanted they didnt have, two outlets in the whole place and cheap coffee !!! Sad I wont be coming back to this location .....

One of the comfiest stores I know. You can relax and enjoy yourself there. They didnt have the book I was looking for, but there were many great books on sale, whose prices ranged from $2 to $10. Very good! The cashier was very kind and the "Can I help you?" lady was average. The café is amazing; I visited it almost daily during my stay (I do not live here). The café attendants are very helpful and upbeat. Please note that the café is *not* a _Starbucks_ though; it is a _Barnes and Noble Café_, which sells beverages from Starbucks and food from other stores, including _The Cheesecake Factory_. I suggest the puff pastries, they are simply divine! Dont hear the negative reviewers. Worth the visit! Looking forward to come back to this marvelous place.

Big store but they only have TWO electric outlets for use in the entire store! usually someone will bring in a multi plug outlet for everyone to use. Someone brings one of these almost everyday and that has been going on for months and now they are yelling at people for bringing them in because it may not work?? this is a huge store with a large cafe where people come to study or meet up or just surf the web while drinking coffee and havign a snack. They have dozens of tables but only 2 outlets in the store is a little ridiculous. Other than this issue, good store and good staff

The store is pretty big, but is very unorganized. The staff were ridiculous and completely rude! The man I asked for help didnt even say a word to me and just had me running around the store! We also ran into another worker who talked back to me with the nastiest remark and tone of voice I have ever heard. Also, the staff yelled at a man for using an outlet because its their "good" one and it cant get "damaged" when no one else was plugged into it! Ridiculous! Thats why I dont go there, but I had to for a school event.

Great place to relax and unwind, very peaceful with a massive selection of books and magazines, plenty of chairs and incredibly friendly helpful staff. Four stars although as the overhead music playlist could be a bit longer, seems like the same three songs play over and over again. Heard many great songs over the years, violins and such, could be part of a larger compilation.

Dirty coffee! The coffee was prepared next to a bucket with dirty water, where the employees wash hands and every time the washing cloth landed into the bucket water splashed into our beverage . They change our beverages but they did the same thing again.It was a disgusting experience and the manager didnt find anything wrong with this situation.

If they had apartments here I would rent one. lol Great place to relax ! Only downside, is they should add a little to the Cafe because the desserts are good but the food is okay. Also add some electrical outlets, because there is no where to charge your phone.

The difference between this location and most others is that they can print books for you when properly formatted using a device called the Expresso publishing system. If you have an appropriately-formatted PDF, you can have it printed and bound on the spot.

I came to this Barnes & Noble to get a planing book for my wedding. Since I was not going to hire a planner I found this planner. The planner I bought is awesome it doesnt miss a detail. The staff there was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door!

Whats there NOT to like, love the children area story telling time, and i just love to read real books (sorry kindle lovers) the coffee shop the whole ambiance is perfect for some time away from home doing something you enjoy

Without a doubt better than shopping online. for me its easier to peruse the books in person rather than scrolling through internet pages. Plus they have some cool kids sections for my 2 and 4 year olds to keep them busy.

Good staff, but the Starbucks doesnt accept rewards points or payment through the app. I love being able to just sit on the floor or in a chair and read whatever I want without having to commit to buying it.

I love Barnes & Noble but its getting harder and harder to justify shopping there when their prices continue to go up and up as places like Amazon offer the same items for much cheaper online.

I love Barnes and Noble. Love bringing my infant son there. Tons of toys and a well-expanded childrens section. The prices are waaaayy higher than online though

Only in this Barnes and noble are my desirable books never in stock. Ive put my boos on hold and when I get there it seems to still not be in stock.
