I will tell you a secret about this Franklin, NJ Walmart. The prices in this store are higher than the prices in the surrounding Walmart stores. I noticed this on several items i buy regularly because sometimes i buy them at the Walmart closer to where i work in Dover. I called the corporate office about this and was told this "each store is allowed to set their own prices based on the locations demographics". So i got a hold of the local district manager and after much back and forth be frankly told me this "our Franklin store has higher prices than other walmart stores because there is no local competition, it is one of the Northeasts highest grossing per item store locations. If you prefer price over convenience, than go to another location". Just thought the locals should know! Happy Shopping!

I am currently standing in the store in the electronics section in Franklin NJ and I have been standing here for over 20 minutes without electronic assistance I have asked 3 different employees and was told someone else would help me no one ever came to assist. I called the front of the store and for 3 minutes and 16 seconds no one ever answered, worse customer service ever. John a sales associate was the only one to come in help me at almost the 30 minute mark.

3 times went to look at snowblowers on display they were surrounded with pallets of unopened products. Could not get to them. Last night I went for wood pellets I had to climb over pallets of product to get to them. They need to take a little pride in their store. I felt sorry for the workers trying to help me I could see they were embarrassed at the condition of the store something changed recently not for the better

Really need to be stricter with the parking lot. I understand its a Walmart but at least make an effort to stop the lowlives circling the cars on bicycles with air horns at night. I dont feel safe leaving my vehicle parked while I shop. Also if people could refrain from playing their trash music out loud that no one wants to hear, it would be great.

This is one of the worst Walmarts Ive visited. The place seems rundown and and dingy. The merchandise is often disorganized. This is Walmart in Franklin is the only Walmart in Northern Sussex Co., so if Walmart is your goto place youre stuck with this one, unless want to make a drive.

Some workers are great and some are ready mean and controlling. They dont carry or have in stock many things that most of the Wal-Marts that Ive been too. They are improving their set up and have 1 freezer and a few fridges with milk and half and half.

Im so used to the supercenters that the smaller ones are almost inconvenient. This one has a minimal grocery section, no produce or anything. Overall this Walmart has the basics you need and gets the job done. Its not bad its just smaller.

Convenient because its close and well located, but compared to all the other walmarts Ive been in, this one is poorly stocked, a total disater, and really, really small. If you can, visit the one in Newton, its worth the 15 min drive.

They dont have a huge selection, but its not mobbed all the time like every other Walmart in the country. You can get what you need at a decent price, and get out relatively quickly. What more can you ask for from a Walmart.

i called and they transferred me to different departments 3 times the third time we were sitting on hold for over 10 minuets then we hung up and recalled and they didnt answer the phone

The associates are mostly elderly. A little slower than their younger counterparts however they are more than knowledgeable and being from the old school eager to assist in every way.

This Wal-Mart is not as large as others . Many other stores in close proximity to Wal-Mart, for convient shopping. Its closer to our home and spacious parking.

They finally have an Easy Self Checkout lane with about 6 registers. Cons, after latest store update, hard to find most items you WERE familiar with.
