I went in with 1 thing to return and waited about 12 to 15, minutes with only 1 other person in front of me, while the 1 cashier was ringing up about 20 items (mostly clothes, so taking the hangers off and looking for tags, which 2 of the items didnt have tags, and the cashier had a problem putting those items though). Then the next person had a red basket of items to ring up and had to fill out a money gram form, another cahier came up to help them because now the line is 4 to 5 people long and the other cashier was still ringing up all the clothes. Instead of taking the next customer while the other people filled out the form, she rings up the items and stands there while they fill the form out. There had to be at least 10 registers open, why are they ringing so many item at the 1 register that you can make a return? This is not the first time this has happened to me, it is very frustrating. I have been in retail, at the service desk for about 11 year and I think your employees should be better trained on what to do in certain situations.

Workers are very helpful and kind and patient( thats what i saw there on my first time going) However even though the employees were nice the products that they sell where not so nice. We bought a table and 4 chairs in a box to assemble but when we got home it was filled with garbage . I thought some customer had returned a box and trick walmart but on further inspection the box was perfectly seal as if it was never opened! Looks like their warehouses are not doing a good job at inspecting their products. They might say that another customer returned it and lie and did the whole exchange but I know better I saw a well preserve box with perfectly good glue and tape in place to seal the box. And I have been working in warehouse before so I know that it is a inside job.

Love love love Walmart especially this one, its a million times better then the one in ledgewood. Its bigger cleaner and more items. The customer service is much better and efficient as well express check out is awesome and quick as well. But if you need cigs get them the night before because youll be waiting a while for a while during the day or early night.( Like hen everyone gets off work and goes shipping ) so zero kids and half the people will be gone because they have kids at home too.

Love this walmart 4 stars the only bad experience I had it was in the car service took the car cause i need it 2 front tires the Damm old men Thomas edison look alike told me he cant sale me 2 tires that i have to buy all 4 tires never heard that before I ask for the manager they all told me the same thing I ask to show me a policy why I can buy one or 2 tires that was a scumbag move never again will service my car there anymore.

12/7/2016 So, I needed some new Hanukkah decorations and thought my local Walmart Flanders would have a chock full... boy was I wrong. The entire store looked like a Meth addicted Elf and his Crackhead Queer Eye Reindeer Squad went on a rampage in there! 3 pathetic shelves contained the ONLY Hanukkah decorations in the ENTIRE store. Shame.

I hate all Walmarts, they are one of the worst enemies of local businesses. I would rather pay a little more, and help one of my own neighbors running a local business, than save a couple of extra bucks, and perpetuate the exploitation of workers that they depend on to keep their profit margin up. It makes me feel like crap to go here.

I was trying to buy a fitness tracker (fitbit). I asked three employees if they were able to help, their answers are as follows: 1. Sorry, im on my brek... Cant help you 2. I dont have the keys 3. You have to ask certain person who was clearly busy I waited 16 minutes in total and decided to go somewhere else

How this place has any 5 star reviews is beyond me. The bathrooms are falling apart, the restaurant is closed and filled with overstock, and its so disorganized and crowded. Im only giving 2 stars for the fact that they let trucks park here since my husband is a driver, and the checkout associate was nice.

Im begining to think this walmart doesnt want you to bring your baby. Ive come here multiple times and theyve had the shopping carts that hold the car seat blocked by at least 10 other carts. Ive asked management to get a cart for me before but the next time the problem is right back.
