This is by far my favorite place to get all my clothes. From staple items to signature pieces that keep me feeling beautiful and everyone asking me "where did you find that?!!" I tell them "this gem of a vintage shop in new jersey" I come from Pennsylvania to dig through all that vintage gold. Mmmmm my mouth is drooling just thinking about my next favorite dress. Thank you Merideth for supplying the world with amazing finds from the world of vintage. Also she's got some get novelty stuff like old school tattoo shower curtains and local artists showing off their stuff. And dude clothes too!! A gem I tell you!!

This place is the feel good shop of the century!!!!! Nostalgia and the golden age of yester year come to life the instant you walk in the door. The owner is not only expertly knowledgable about styles and time periods, but she is pleasant and patient. The clothing is only the tip of the iceberg at Vintage Variety - there are games and toys and action figures from the 50s 60s 70s and 80s. The store also has a large collection of record albums which also spans the decades. And as if all that werent enough, the store also supports local artists by displaying and selling their work. Kudos to you Vintage Variety!!!

I SEE SOMEONE WROTE THAT THIS STORE IS DIRTY! LOL WELL MAYBE THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN INTO A VINTAGE STORE BEFORE!! GOT A CLUE FOR YOU ITS NOT LIKE WALKING INTO NORDSTROMS OR BLOOMINGDALES, VINTAGE BY DEFINITION IS 20 YEARS OLD IF NOT OLDER, SORRY BUT THAT EQUALS MAYBE A LITTLE BIT OF DUST THAT DOESNT ALWAYS COME OUT!! LOL IF YOUR GONNA POST SOMETHING OR REVIEW A BUSINESS MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE JUST A TINY BIT OF KNOWLEDGE FIRST!!!! I PERSONNALLY LOVE THIS STORE, IT HAS GREAT STUFF AND LOADS OF CHARACTER. THE WOMAN WORKING WHEN I WENT THERE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY.

As a local musician, Vintage Variety is my first stop when Im looking for that ultra cool gig shirt, pants,etc. that I just cant find locally. Were not talking vintage knock-offs, but the real thing at prices working musicians can afford. Its also a great place to find a unique gift for your wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, collector, et. al. hands down the best vintage store in NJ. Huge selection of one of a kind gorgeous dresses, handbags and mens clothes. The owner is very knowledgeable about fashion trends and the eras of the clothes. Check it out!
