I go here all the time and usually love that I can find good things that are affordable to me. But the service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Today I was there and I was told by a rude representative that it was a 50% off day for VIP app holders. I based my choices on that information. The store announced it was closing & was rushing people to go to the registers. so I went to to the register and no one was there yet. The sales girl came up and was the normal slow, bland, lack of kindness that I expected. When I notice that the price is much higher than it should be I ask her why. She isnt very forthcoming until I flat out ask about the 50% discount. She says its only 25% today. I say to her I cant afford it and need a few seconds to decide what to put back. She grunts in annoyance, then complains that people are waiting. Those people behind me literally just walked up and a few seconds isnt much to ask. She rushes me and I explain that Im disabled and need a few seconds to think. I have cognitive impairments from cancer and I get panicked when people are rushing me like this. Again, a few seconds isnt much to ask for. I hand back a shirt while she summons someone for help. I explain to that lady (Sharleen) that I was told upstairs tat its a 50% off day. She says its not. She says its 25%. I say I understand but I simply need to put something back and as I hand the shirt Im putting back forward, she says again that its 25% and that "as a supervisor I need to inform you..." She behaved as if being a supervisor granted her the authority to demean me. I again stated I am disabled. She told me at least SIX TIMES that she needs to inform me of the discount, not as any help but clearly to poke fun at my disability. I asked her stop repeatedly. I was getting very panicked and scared and did not want to have an emergency situation in that store. Finally I asked for her name, which she gave me as if shes above all reprimands and its okay for her to treat customers badly. Being that I shop here a lot Im used to bad service, but making fun of a disabled person is absolutely not okay. They are SO slow and I wanted to be out of there. Sharleen continued to taunt me and neither of these ladies allowed me the metaphorical space to breathe and figure out what was going on or how to handle it. When I worked in customer service it was so much better than it is now. No one working in this store wants to be there, and they take it out on the customers. She called me ugly so I definitely told her Id CU Next Tuesday, if you know what I mean. Ill be reporting her and the store to the BBB, and filing a complaint under the ADA. Totally walked out if there shaking.

LOVE that its 3 levels. HATE that the pricing is inconsistent. HATE that I had to wait 15 mins for a dressing room to try on a single dress. HATE that women were trying on clothes in the middle of the aisles (basement). HATE that they only had ONE register open at 6pm and the line went to the middle of the aisle. HATE that I had to go to the 3rd floor to use the bathroom but had to leave my items at the basement register only to come back and that register be CLOSED and have to take all my stuff to the 2nd (main) floor only to wait in that line and be told "Im goin on break now, so youll have to check out downstairs" EFF THAT... I LEFT!

My experience has been, by far, more better than I was expecting. Everything is in order, prices are low just like we need them in these hard times and the staff is great. Everyone is really nice, and very helpful. I will give them five stars. I am totally hooked. I have gone twice in the same day!! Its just too big of a store to see everything in the same day. I have become a regular customer and plan to keep it that way. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

U cant gentrify Unique, thank God, its got so many clothes and fly jewelry and flyer prices. Check out their calendar because they have half off some days and you can get a membership card. I also see that theyre hiring a lot of the time, and when I talked to a cashier about it once she said you just have to be persistent and call them up and theyll probably need you somewhere.

Although this plays offers such GREAT DEALS, there are only 2 dressing rooms, 2!!!! You can only imagine the long wait. There is also, now, less and less cashiers open. I went today to purchase a board game, and there was only one cashier open; the line gets longer and longer. Be prepared for a long wait when shopping here.

I was going to this place for several years until a shady cashier possibly SKIMMED my credit card and sold it to identity thieves. My card got charged for over $200 worth of merchandise, and this happened only a few hours after I left that Unique (I used my card only once that day). BEWARE. USE ONLY CASH AT UNIQUE.

Cheap Second hand clothes. You can find almost new clothes and sometimes brand names. They have clothes, bedding, kitchen articles. Ect... The stores is huge. Thursday they give 25% off with a vip member card. Just ask for it. Some one told me that every monday they bring more new things. Just check it out.

HORRIBLE ARM SECURITY GUARD will follow you like a CRIMINAL and threatened you. Recently they hired super RUDE CASHIERS who treat customers incredible bad and do as they pleased. Missed old crew, DO NOT expect a good shopping experience at this place!!! I guess I will never go there again.

Always finding something cool there. Never walked out of that store empty handed...while it is a bit of a travel for me its definitely worth it! Ill always be shopping here. Employees could be a little better with helping but its fine nothing to complain about

I loved the housewares section. Great prices, merchandise in good to great condition. I was less pleased with the clothing. Not as good quality and higher prices than what I am used to. Overall, this thrift store is spacious and clean. Definitely worth a visit!

great bargains and great customer service. so far my shopping there has been great and todays a 50% off day, bring some music (there selection isnt 2 bad) as youll prob be there for a while strolling the isles.........
