I have walked in this store a million times and turned around and walked out. I didnt leave because I didnt like the store or it was dirty, I left because I got completely overwhelmed, it was frustrating because I really wanted to change over to a better make up because my skin is so sensitive. When Christmas came around my mother gave me gift certificate so I had no other choice but to bite the bullet and go in. I went in the middle of the week close to closing time so there werent a gajillion people in there. I was greeted by a woman named, Ann, she was great. She listened to exactly I said and tailored an amazing set of cosmetics. It was a great experience. The only negative issues Ive had were when I went in one day to pick up a product they were out of. A short red headed woman who wears glasses approached me, I explained to her what I was looking for. She was short, didnt want to listen to what I was saying. I got frustrated and quite annoyed with her mannerism I started to gather up my stuff, she said of thats not what youre looking "I dont know what to tell you "darlin" I was incredibly offended. I also had a similar experience at the Nashua, NH location. I solved the issue by only using the Salem, NH location and I only deal with.Marc and Ann.

I like most Sephoras ... but not this one!! Companies should take note of what Im about too say ... b/c sometimes all it takes is 1 simple thing too make a customer never shop at their location again. I have been trying too call this Sephora all morning too ttry and get my hands on a limited edition product that is sold out everywhere. They open at noon .... and I have been calling since 11:45 .... BUT I use too work in the mall and I know that you need too be there 2 hours before the store opens too put up displays etc. and if the phone ever rang you always picked it up no matter what! I have called 3 other sephoras and all of the others picked up ... but getting a hold of this sephora is like pulling teeth, and even when they do open its the same thing. I wont be shopping at this one ever again!!! So take note companies ... make sure your employees arent being lazy and not answering the phone just b/c its not the exact minute of opeing ... b/c we will go else where too get the product!

Me being a guy, I originally went in to buy a family member a gift card for Christmas. I was approached by a sales woman named Lexi and her friendliness and her energetic smile and knowledgeable mind made me feel comfortable walking in to what most people see as a "woman only" store. She then guided me in the right direction and explained that there was a mens section of a variety of mans cologne. So I took a look and thats when I was introduced to a nice woman who knew everything there was to know about perfumes and men colognes. Long story short I left there with some very amazing colognes and as Lexi said, always keep an open-mind. Thank you Lexi for ALL of your help! I will most certainly be back! :)

Today i went to this location, walked around for a few minutes not 1 person approached me or even ask if i needed help. Funny thing is there 3 employees standing by the door having a non-work conversation and every time a Caucasian person walked in they put a big smile and offered their help. I stay walking around and they ignore me everytime i passed by. I had always buy my cosmetics at Sephora but after today experience, Macys is the best place to go, great costumer service and always wanting to help.... RACIST EMPLOYEESSS!!!!

I would just like to give a shout out to Michelle for helping me with my shopping. Amazing service! Also the cashier who helped me check out was amazing! She complemented my lipstick(she could name the brand and color just by the color) and was very kind. Besides these two, everyone else was friendly and I was approached by several associates who were making sure that I was finding everything okay and enjoying my visit to Sephora. Thanks again Sephora associates!

I went to get a product for my daughter not fully knowing what is was I asked questions to make sure it was beneficial for her the staff was informative and very pleasant.. the cashier very friendly as well.. this store is very welcoming and patient with customers this place gets. A 10+ in my book def going to go back for all my needs.. thank you salem nh Sephora ladies ;)
