Shout out to, Naomi, for being kind, going above and beyond to explain and describe products and uses, and overall crushing the customer service experience. She didnt know about the day I had, but was seriously a glowing beacon of hope. Thank you Lush, for employing such amazing people and thank you Naomi, for being a kind, compassionate, human being. I dont know if Lush does some kind of reward program for employees, but besides helping this amazing woman out with school, the least they could do is give Naomi a big Lush shopping spree. But seriously, thank you. You will have no idea the kind of impact you made on me today; and Im not just talking about the foot mask.

I love Lush and the people in here are always helpful and friendly! Wish the location was bigger but at least they have all the products you can think of. And if they dont have the product you want, is most likely because they ran out of stock and are waiting on a fresh batch to get delivered. The fact that stuff like the fresh face masks get restocked constantly, is a good sign of quality.

Convenient location. Love their bath bombs and solid shampoos. On the expensive side, but fun to get things from here once in a while. Most of their products are not in packaging, and they are very fragrant -- so the smell in the store is powerful as soon as you walk in (but its a good smell). They usually give you a small sample of a product to take home when you make a purchase.

I meant to review this a while ago, but it must have slipped my mind. I just wanted to compliment how nice the staff there is! I went there a couple weeks ago and one of the girls who worked there went so out of her way to help me! She was so nice, friendly, and chatty and I just wanted to thank her for her excellent customer service!

I love lush. Good products for a delicate temperamental skin. I get the face masks which are amazing. Use them twice a week and feel your face thank you. Warning they sell out fast. I also love their shower products and their bath bombs are so luxurious. The service here is so helpful and they are willing to give samples.

I was here on Black Friday, so I cant say this is their regular routine, But there is enough staff for every customer, & they will make sure that you feel special & leave with something. I went in for a gift, dragging my lady behind me & she came out spending more than me! They are doing something right...

The service here is always good, and the employees are very attentive and happy to help or provide samples to the curious. Prices are, of course, higher than other stores or brands, but you are paying for a significant increase in the quality of goods here. Still wish theyd bring back geofizz.

Amazing, addictive bath/shower products, skincare, and an ever-changing array of other handmade cosmetics. Dont hesitate to ask for samples! A word of caution if you are sensitive to scents: you might find it too overwhelming to stay in the store very long.

Hand made cosmetic products. It is very pricey for the product range. I purchase hand made soap shampoo for greasy hair type and mint hair mask. Loved the sample goodies that staff offers for the product you are interested in trying.

I always pick up something here whenever Im in the area. Love the lemon massage bar and the shampoo bars. Staff are friendly and enthusiastic and always willing to let you try out samples of their products.
