Ive been renting with this Rent-A-Center since Novermber 2009. There were so many problems with this place I dont even know where to begin. My living rm set came in broken which I didnt find out until after they missed the delivery date and I called. They ordered me a new set but when it came time to deliver...again they missed the date. Finally living rm set was delivered. Bedroom set same thing. The guys who delivered it were out of shape and couldnt even carry the furniture. The were sweating couldnt breathe and dented walls in the hallway of my apartment and inside my apartment. Never attached my headboard said by law they couldnt but never brought the screws. I called and asked them to mail me the screws which they said they would. Month passes and never received anything so I finally went down there and picked them up myself. Now I want my living rm furniture picked up since I ordered new furniture from Bobs. Its Tuesday and they were supposed to pick up the furniture on Friday between 1pm and 3pm. Yesterday I called and scheduled a pick up today first thing he said 9am I explained to him that the other furniture will be delivered at 9:21..can you believe they never showed up and when I call they said we have you for first thing 10am. I can just scream!!!!! Bobs delivered on-time and now I have a living rm full of firniture. The employees at this store like to blame each other for mistakes and broken promises. I will call them and tell them to also take my bedroom furniture because I cant stand to give a company my business when they dont value their customers. 2 thumbs down and a booooooooooo!!!!!

Stay Away from RACs Nashua Store!! (Ive used other RAC locations in the past and never had a problem) I called ahead to confirm pricing on a rent-to-own laptop and that the condition was new, which Joe confirmed. I came into the store and while they were processing my paperwork, I noticed them looking for a power cord, which threw off a red flag. I asked Gerry if the laptop I was doing a rent-to-own on was new and he said that he did not have the model Asus Gaming Laptop in stock in new condition. I explained that I was told the opposite over the phone. Gerry tells they can get me a new laptop but he did not sound confident on when. This is your classic example of "BAIT and SWITCH". I told him to cancel the application/order. Do not waste your time with this store!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were understanding when I had a financial issue that caused me to miss a couple of payments. They didnt hassle me or take anything back. They let me pay what I could afford until I finally caught up. All products are in excellent condition and many are brand new such as the TV I rented. Would have given 5 stars but the selection on electronics isnt that great. Some Rent a Center locations have a huge selection of phones, tablets and laptops but this particular location didnt have much to offer... I was interested in a phone but the models were outdated. They do have an excellent TV and furniture selection.

I called for 2 days about getting a full size bed the gm will be back on Thursday call back then I called today the same gm was suppoust to call me back never did this is bad reputation for r a c
