I love this place. Its one of those hidden gems that you dont hear about because of the nature of their business. Its sad to see all the low ratings and just by reading them its clear to see, unhappy people leave bad reviews whereas people who have great experiences dont bother because well, theyre content, myself included until I was in there today and truly felt the abuse the staff gets by some of their customers and made it my mission for the day to write a positive review for a place that truly deserves it. Though they arent a pawn shop, they run a similar type of business of buying and selling preowned products - its like shopping on eBay but in a retail location. You can literally find all sorts of the coolest electronics, most of which youre probably looking for in your day to day life like the newest cell phone or an Apple Watch or maybe a PlayStation 4. As a frequent customer I can attest that, yea maybe their staff could get better training and maybe the whole operation could be run better, but they arent a Best Buy and arent getting a ton of corporate funding, theyre a small business, with a hard working staff and for some reason people forget that. Its seriously a great place to make quick cash for things you arent using without the hassle of trying to sell it yourself and its a great place to buy something without dealing with the hassle of the internet. These guys are excellent! On rainy days I take my kids down to pick out all kinds of retro and current video games. They offer a pretty good deal compared to other pawn type shops in the Nashua area. The location is easy to get to (directly in the center of downtown) regardless of what direction you are coming from. The employees actually take the time ever to help you with your questions and finding what you might need. I was there last week with an issue with my phone and they fixed my softwhare issue within 5 minutes and didnt even charge me. They also replaced the glass on my cellphone saving me the trouble of having to buy a new one. It was 90 cheaper than having to get it replaced by the insurance provided threw my carrier and 40 dollars cheaper than the service stations at the mall that uses 10 dollar eBay glass and charges 100 or more. They repaired a laptop of mine in the past. Basically for pennies on the dollar of what other computer shops would have charged and have not had any issue with my devices. A++

Very shady business I want to go refund my product there and I had a card they were refunding on and they took out 15% out of the cash that they were going to give me back and then put the rest of the amount on my card just a mess with me which they didnt tell me in the first place they told me that they would totally refund my money unbelievable dont go through these guys besides their overpriced if you look into detail on every single electronic in there youll know and its a $36 fee for returning and they dont even tell you that it doesnt matter if its on a piece of paper you should have told me that when I was there plus they didnt even give me the paperwork for the refund policy crappy customer service I never even complain but this place is just unbelievable save your money and just go to another store have a great day everybody

Buddy of mine recommended this place for pre-owned electronics and wow... what a hidden gem! Everything in this place comes with a 2 week warranty, regardless of the issue. This place is unlike any "pawn shop" Ive ever seen. The employees will be quick to point out they dont pawn anything, that everything is bought and sold only. Came in here looking for a used laptop for a couple of my interns and ended up buying 3. $120 bucks for a brand-new HP 15 that retails for 350! I lucked out as they had a 10% sale going on for select items (laptops included) Ill be back thats for sure.

Honestly they arent the best but they arent the worst most of my tv cabinet is filled with stuff for videothunder and here its a customer friendly place with help every step of the way (if u need it) I found everything very easy non stressful renting games and movies are very simple rent return and done it really is a good place if u dont wa t to travel all the way to game stop . Also they have a lot of old and new stuff which is why going here is better going to anywhere else it has everything to bluray, to ps2 and pc items.

Went in there on a weekday looking for information on PS4s and a new TV for myself. Matt quickly said hello and asked if he could help me with anything or answer any questions. He was informative, polite and very patient. I got the information I needed for the game system; well be buying one with your store soon! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE IT IS ALL A SCAM Biggest waist of time and money! I recently purchased a used phone here not only were the prices higher than the market value for used phones it comes with the shittiest warranty plan ever! 14 days and it comes on the back of the phone held together with ghetto tape. They charge a 15% restocking fee for all returned items you can believe me these people are money hungry scum and do not value their customers

They dont know what theyre doing at all. They buy 15 year old computer monitors and turn away brand new computer parts. Youll see when you walk-in. Its cleary a business barely staying afloat with very awkward staff. The manager who works there has little knowledge on products. As to how be has the job... I have no idea.

I took my son to Goodeeds for post Christmas games. I found the place to be a magical wonderland of old and almost new games and equipment. The staff was a pleasure to work with. My son chose 4 games and Even I picked a couple of games from my youth. The nostalgia was overwhelming. The place is indeed a treasure.

Will never come here again. They have absolutely NO clue what they are doing. They try to pass fake stuff for real. And tell you that the real stuff is fake. And i have paperwork for it at home. Please if you going to sell ANYTHING educate yourself AND your staff BEFORE . SMH

Went in last hour of business on a Sat. Was a lot of customers, one employee working. Was told it was due to the other employee gone to lunch. What kind of business lets their employees take lunch at an hour before closing.Seems this needs to be addressed.

Selection was minimal and it fluctuates, but thats the nature of the business. What they did have was sold at a very reasonable price and customer service was personable and responsive. Good experience and will come back again.
