First time smoking here and Im glad I stopped in. The guys suggested a really nice smoke, which I am enjoying in the smoking room, Im also enjoying a Crown Royal on the rocks. Full bar in the smoking room along with two TVs, poker table and 15 extremely comfortable leather seats. Heaven, absolute heaven. There is also a patio outside for smoking when the weather is permitting. . Plenty of parking outside in the lot so thats not a problem. This will not be my last visit here. Cant wait to come back.

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever had in my life. Ive worked in the service industry for 20 years, so this review isnt just coming from a pain in ass person. I spent $110.00 on a vape. Wasnt functioning properly so the very next day brought it back in. Not only would they not replace the vape, they wouldnt refund me my money!!! I will never back nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. Awful.

This place is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cigar selection is excellent. Life is too short to smoke cheap cigars and these guys know it but the prices are fair. Rick, the owner is a great guy and always has good suggestions. Top Shelf is a nice place to come in, kick-back and have good conversation with other cigar enthusiasts. Dont be afraid to ask for a recommendation.
