I went to AutoZone to purchase brake pads and brake rotors and a floor jack. Got home. Took everything apart to find out they gave me the wrong parts. Went to AutoZone and the only thing they could do is gave me a refund because their system was wrong on the specific parts for my car. I went to ORiley Auto Parts and got the new parts and installed them no problem. IDIOTS THAT WORK AT MCDONALDS SHOULD HAVE NO JOB AT AUTOZONE!

Ian R. Needs a attitude check. I dont care if you know everything about every vehicle. this is the second time ive delt with him and the second time ive had a attitude thrown at me. If it wasnt for car parts and close distance i wouldnt go here again.

Custom service is awful. employes tend to ignore youre needs. And have very little automobile no-how. please when you go through your hiring process please hire ppl with knowlege of the field the of buisness youre in.

my place to get automotive stuff - always had a good experience. The place is actually NOT where google maps places the icon. Its in the plaza north of the icon, at the traffic lights.

^^^^Im not sure what this guys talking about, theyre not a service station. Ive always had very good luck here, just avoid dave. He talks so loud sometimes my ears bleed.

Always have the parts I need or can get them fast and price is always the lowest. And I do shop around. Guys actually know cars unlike those other places.

Customer service is beyond awful. Yelled at the customers. Went to NTB and they fit me right in and it was $20 cheaper.
