Love me some Heavenly; just incredible breakfast sandwiches and great coffee, but this location is the worst. I prefer drive-thru over walking in however, your experience may be better if you walk in. Staff are poorly trained (not their fault, but the managers) and constantly getting my order wrong. How many drive-thru restaurants are there that must take your order twice - once at the speaker, and then again at the window because they have no idea which order you are....? Just this one Heavenly location. This is why they get orders wrong and why walking in will likely provide a better experience. Quality of food is inconsistent as well - you might get a fresh and tasty bagel, or it could be a stale left over. Finally, the amount I pay seems to change despite ordering the same thing every time. Spin the wheel if you must (they are the only game in town), but Epping isnt that far away if youre worried about your blood pressure.... Im over this place.

The name of this place is appropriate... their coffee is heavenly, their donuts are heavenly (particularly the crullers and boston creme donuts)... their bagels are hands down the best around. I LOVE this place!!! Well worth the 30 minutes it takes me to get there... past several other coffee places along the way... and the wife and kids all agree!!!

Great selection of pastries, coffee and tea. Breakfast sandwiches too. Only major issues is that, later in the morning, they usually have less selection. This indicates freshness, but can be inconvenient. The muffins are a little bland, if youre here, you might as well go big.

Wonderful place. Im a fan of Heavnly in general but I really liked this location. Everyone was super super friendly and had authentic smiles on their faces. Coffee was great, as always.
