numerous times weve been in this store when only one or two registers have been open, regardless of the fact that people with full carts have been queued up back into the aisles. When this has been brought up to managements attention (shouldnt this be their job to monitor?) we get the deer-in-the-headlights look. There is constantly a shortage of staff in this store...often a human scavenger hunt to find someone to wait on you at the seafood department. Today there was ONE register open for plus-twenty item customers, so that line went halfway up a food aisle while checkers at the twenty-or-less registers stood by watching. Our $700 a month grocery bill is moving elsewhere.

Clean & easy to locate everything. Very helpful service desk. The meat department has deminished the quality of their beef during the course of the last 2yrs. Not sure what is going on with that, however for all our needs we use Schnucks and simply zip to Dierbergs for the beef.

Shame on you Schnucks for tring to profit from the misfortune of Joplin! Trying to talk you customers into buying your water to send to Joplin. They are overwhelmed with supplies & need monetary donations! You. Should be DONATING to them!!

Nice selection of basic grocery items. Bakery items such as bagels do not seem as flavorful as comparable items purchased at other Schnucks locations.
