The fact that they deliver sells me!! I love the sugar cookies -- especially with the butter pecan ice cream. I usually stop in to the place every once in awhile when visiting the Delmar Loop but decided to get cookies delivered this past weekend. All of my cookies were nice and warm, tasted super fresh and they were delivered to me very quickly. The delivery driver (Alicia?) was THE NICEST delivery person I think Ive ever encountered. My apartment is a little weird to find so she had to call and verify where I was. She was so polite, patient, and genuine. I will be ordering again!

Placed two orders as gifts. First order was missing 12 cookies. Second never arrived and I was told I would receive a refund within 48 hrs but if I still wanted the cookies delivered I would have to place another order and pay for them again. Why would I pay them again for something I never received in the first place?! Terrible service, cannot be trusted.

The cookies are very average. If you are in the area on a visit, save your money. You might find better cookies in your pantry. If you live in the area and want to have a cookie delivered, this might become a more attractive option. As it is, however, the cookies are inferior to Starbucks. Over-priced and disappointing.

We were the only people in the store on a Saturday afternoon and the employee told us he couldnt serve us because he had 6 cookies left. We were then told it would be 20 minutes, so we left. He could have at least given us what he had available. Pretty poor customer service in my mind. Laughable.

I tried this place about a week ago, and I been hooked ever since. The staff was friendly, I told her it was first time there,and she recommended some things. It was about 2 in the morning and the cookies were soft and warm. I recommend the smore cookie.

I really love how fast the delivery is! It literally take about 5-10 minutes at 1:30 am. Sometimes maybe one out of 6 cookies arent y what I ordered but they give me an extra cookie to make up for it. Great place of business

Great location on the Loop, and the cookies are quite good. Very limited seating, and the lobby can fill up very quickly. One word of advice: buy your milk elsewhere. Three dollars for a pint of milk is absolute robbery.

I went here 02/7/ 2017. My friend orders some cookies for her. The guy that serve us was very funny, and polite. The cookies were hot fresh. I ate mine in seconds lol. I would highly recommend this place.
