Sweets for the sweet :)! I was leaving from Ink tattoo shop on Madison, so I was still in pain and needed some sweet therapy to help ease my pain, and stopped by Yolo. When I pulled up, I felt like a kid who just got a shot at the doctors off and was getting a reward for being so good during the process. There were people sitting inside, but no one was inline...double plus for me. I got in line to select the different flavor yogurts. I was very undecided on which flavor(s) to pick, because there wasnt a big variety and the flavors didnt sound appetizing to me (blueberry tart, watermelon sorbet, cinnamon bun, red velvet cupcake, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and creme brulee). I picked red velvet, creme brulee, and cinnamon bun yogurt. I walked to the register to pay, but nobody was there. I waited for about 5 minutes, and decided to find an employee. She didnt have a problem getting to the register after I called for her.

When this place first opened I loved it. After the hundreth time I went to it, I still loved it. When I left Memphis for New York, I missed it. And when I visited Memphis recently, it was one of the FIRST places I had to visit, and guess what? I STILL loved it. I hate that when I last visited, I did not find the Makeda butter cookies that I used to stack onto my froyo. I dont know why that is, but its a great meeting place with some good stuff. -blasianFMA

Buyer beware. I have tried to redeem my gift cards twice at the Erin Drive location. Im told "we switched computer systems so we cant accept them anymore" EH?! You cant honor your OWN gift cards? How much like theft is THAT?! Makes me sad and compelled to warn others.

So happy this place has opened in Midtown! Gelato is amazing and the cakes are like something grandma would make. I have to keep myself from going more than once a week. Wish they would add a coffee bar.

Fast, friendly, and the gelato is killer. I also recommend the CA Tart.
