just sit in a line at the drive through for an hr. or more there are three ppl in this line an all I order was a milkshake and a blast okay let me just ad the only reason I moved to the drive through line was bc I sit at two diffrent windows waiting fot someonr to answer never did . but after a hr of waiting they had already made my shake an blast while I sir in line I guess they watchbit melt . I get to the pay window an see this an ask about how long has it been sitting there the girl in the window acts as if she didnt hear me an refused to listen looking like she was on pluto someweere idk what just happend but no more ssonic for a min. they hi ass price at least should come with desicent service.

They take too long to order your food and most ppl that work at the window have bad hygiene.Nobody wants to be served with nasty hands.Thats unsanitary.They are very unprofessional and unsanitary....One girl was at the Window handing me food with dirt in her nails and her hair was all over her head as if shes just woken up. Theyre greeting is also very poor.They never make you feel welcomed or wanting to come back because they just hand your food out to you without any communication with you besides telling you the amount of money you owe and closing the window.

Came to get a shake and the shake machine was broken. Has to be the first time Ive ever heard that at Sonic. Then before I could try to order something else I was told to have a nice day. So I pressed the button again and it went off before I got a response. So I pressed it again and it was over 15 minutes before I got a response. Then it seemed as if they only had one car hop working. The service was terribly slow.

Awful service went to this location and sat at the stall for over 15mins waiting for someone to answer after I had pressed the button no one ever answered. Went to a different stall and tried again to no avail no one ever took my order I left will not return. Horrible for sonic

Horrible customer service. All I wanted was a strawberry Sunday why would that take 15 minutes. So many cars drove off and I should have done the same. Will not give my money to them anymore
