My family and I went into the store to trade in all 4 of our Iphone S phones, and we were told that we would get a trade-in amount for them and that AT&T would pay off our installment plans from our last carrier so that we would switch over. The manager submitted our final bill from our last carrier, and let me know that we would be getting Visa cards to pay off our plans with the amounts on our final bill. 2 months have gone by, and I just found out that they will not be paying for our installment plans, even though they were advertising that they would pay up to $650 per line for former installment plans or termination fees. So I was lied to, and now I have a balance of $902 dollars from our installment plan from my last carrier thinking it would be taken care of by AT&T. So my family and I were deceived and lied to when it came to switching to AT&T, and the manager will not respond to me anymore or help since he lied. I would like to form a complaint against this branch and the manager, but not sure how I can. I would not recommend going to this branch at all. It is sad that people will say whatever just to get new business, but they will screw their customers in the process.

I payed over 1000 dollops for an s7 active with case and extra glass. Had issues with glass having air under it soon as they put it on. Came back within a few days and they tried pushing air out and made it worse. Came back again and asked them to fix it since I had just payed over 1000 within that week. They told me they wouldnt help me and were very rude. I mentioned more how I just payed so much just recently and how Ive spent 4 Grand on phones there over the past few years. The guy was even more rude pulled my glass and gave me another and said we cant cover it if it doesnt work. They put the glass on the first time. New everything. I own a business and Ill never buy another phone there and Ill make sure every person I talk to knows my experience. They also didnt give me my receipt back the second time. What a very poor way to run a business.

Went inside the store around 12 PM. 2 customer 2 sales rep . waited 20 minutes. Never got greeted not even hi or thanks for coming in Ill be right with you. I know why this happened because third-party go figures. Always go to corporate stores always avoid authorized retailers!

Went in with a huge issue the store manager corrected everything finally after dealing with at&t over the phone for days. Really suggest using this location if your in the area. Through i was surprised how few items they had in store compared to what is on yhe market.
