HORRIBLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!I purchased a washer, dryer, microwave, and refrigerator on Feb. 5th. 2014. I was scheduled to pick them up on Saturday the 8th. I picked up the units, and connected the floor model refrigerator and water started leaking all over my floor, I quickly turned off the water and found that the fridge water line was damaged. I also purchased an extended warranty w/ the refrigerator, so I was not too concerned, I returned to home depot in St. Charles and talked w/ the appliance person and Manager on duty, I was told all I had to do was contact Samsung Support and they would dispatch a tech, So I left and called Samsung, they told me it was Home Depots problem because it was within the 48 hours of the purchase. I then called the manager on duty who told me he would take care of it and contact Samsung support and talk with his Supervisor and get a hold of me on Monday before 2p.m., at 4p.m. I called Home Depot again to see the status, the appliance person told me that the manager told him to call me and get this worked out, So at this point nobody had contacted Samsung support, after having to wait an hour for them to shovel to remove snow from around the truck I rented, and the new appliance I just purchased being defective, and then having them tell me to call support with no resolution, I asked him to have the store manager contact me, He said he would, Now Tuesday rolls around and still no contact from anyone, So I call again and ask for the manager and explain everything that has happened, he quickly tells me to hold on and wants to transfer me to appliances. So after this lack luster display of customer service, and the general attitude that they expect my business I have decided to return all items, Maybe Home Depot is unaware that there are other options when it comes to purchasing appliances. I have spent over $10,000.00 at Home depot over the last few years and have the credit card statements to prove it, you would think that the least they could do is pick up the phone and maybe, just maybe offer at least unmeaningful apology? To say the least I have now wasted over 7 hours just trying to purchase something, I lost an hour waiting for them to free up the truck I was renting, then I was told they would load all appliances, well an 18 yr. kid should not be loading major appliances alone up a ramp onto a truck so my son and myself had to assist, then between calling support, Home Depot, and going back up there, and finally the time I lost installing and now removing the items. Overall I would say this is an epic FAIL! When did average customer service become something we praise, when did earning your business change to expected, So if you are planning to purchase appliances I would strongly consider other options.

Berry bad .you need more lines open . I dont want a credit card . Dont like check yourself out unless you are giving me a50% discount. I tried to go through the one lane and a lady was on the phone with some one that had her on hold for over 30 min so she said go to the other line so I did and he was selling the man a credit now its been over a hour . Ill never be back .you didnt have the electrical box that I needed a 30 amp RV box wit a 30 amp house plug . Then dealing with your check out people. Rilly . Check yourself out . I should have went to Lowes . Thanks Merrill

I would suggest taking your business elsewhere if you need to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about or are thinking about ordering from them. I went in to get hardware and the person in the hardware department couldent find what I needed so I had to find it myself, they did not have enough of the correct sized bolts so I ordered them online and when I got my order one of the packs was the wrong size. This caused an extra hour of driving for one little piece just because they neglected to check what they were putting in my bag

Staff will go above and beyond to help every one. Store is always organized, well stocked and clean. They do not have a Tool Rental Department, but you can rent their TRUCK, CARPET CLEANER MACHINES and Fiber Glass blowers at the Customer Service. They make KEYS too, its in front of the Self check out. The paint department can mix most of competitors colors and their own color selection from Glidden and Behr are pretty good. They also have a machine that can match a color from a drywall piece (coin size), fabric or any solid surface.

My mom and I went to a "Do-it-Herself" event at this location, and the guys, (Steve and Terry) that worked with us on our project (we made a beverage crate) were AMAZING! They took their time and taught us the correct way to do things, and were very polite and professional in the process. All of the associates we came in contact with were nice and asked if we needed anything. I do not go to Home Depot very much, but when I do need something, this will be the location I go to! Thanks!!!

The staff was so helpful and friendly. We looked until I found exactly what I needed. When I got out to the car, 10 of the 19 tiles in a box were broken. Absolutely my fault. I should have hand picked them in the store. Went back in and no problem. Got all 19 pieces. Pretty tile that looks like wood flooring for a drop in tub surround. Even showz some texture. So excited.

Normally Im a fan of Home Depot. But getting an undamaged refrigerator delivered is a problem. One week out they showed up with a damaged frig. We sent it back thinking they would make it right in couple of days. Now we are 18 days out from when we paid for a frig and they dont have an estimate for delivery or a sense of urgency. That is a long time without a frig...

We had a plumbing problem that was a real challenge but Jerry made easy work of it. Not only was Jerry friendly and professional , but he sold us the exact parts that we needed to complete our job. When we checked out Mary was extremely friendly and made the checkout transaction a real pleasure. Great job to the Home Depot in Cave Springs!

Not a big fan of this store. The aisles are ALWAYS clogged with ladders, gates, carts, and merchandise. The layout is poor, its almost impossible to find anything you need. And worse of all the service is poor. No one wants to help you find anything. Go to Lowes.

One complaint: Please fix the lumber situation, every time I come in it is soaking wet. I picked up some cedar yesterday, and my 1" Forstner bit basically cored out pulp. Whether its maple, cedar, pine, every time it has been wet.

This location is clean and well stocked. They always have what Im looking for in stock. The last few times I have been in, the staff has been very helpful in helping me locate things.
