While on our way to dinner, our Ford Fusions low tire pressure warning came on. Looking over the tire I found a nail. We pulled into Discount Tire since it was close to the restaurant at about 5 minutes before they closed. I expected to be treated a bit hurried, rushed, or as an inconvenience. However, the folks there were extremely understanding and stayed late to fix the tire, balanced the tire, put wet-look on the other 3 tires, and then DID IT ALL FOR FREE. I will make sure to give them my business from now on.

Grew up in Michigan where Discount Tire originated, was happy to see them come to Springfield, MO. Best personal service and good price. Had new tires put on and out the door in 30 minute. Of course it was early in morning, if they did when all stall is full I would be really impress. Very happy to see you in town, I will go there for all my tire need and will recommend it to friends.

Best experience ever buying tires. I had called Walmart first & priced tires then I called Discount Tires and spoke to Art. He orginally quoted me $10 less per tire & in the end gave me $20 less per tire than Walmart. The have a comfy waiting room & had my car done within 45 mins.

Clean, fast, and professional. Staff made it easy with no pressure on pushing more expensive tires. Made an appointment at 4:30 and had new tires on my car and out the door by 5:30. Will definitely be my tire source in Springfield.
