Wal-Mart cooperation I would appreciate if you would pull your head out of your A@S!! I have nothing against people coming to this country WILLING to work but I can NOT stand the fact that you are hiring individuals who have no true interest in doing the job they are hired for. Think about changing your policy so you can easily tell if one can actually read English or just memorised you application. Be sure they are willing and have the ability to communicate with customers and read the products!! Example: I ask where the extension cord were only to be directed to hair products. I see a problem!!! Example 2: the first person I asked looked right at me and walked away. I hate going to the Fairbault store it seems very difficult to find anyone except for a few been there forevers that ABSOLUTELY deserve to be applauded! Not only able but more than willing to help. I feel for them the most because they not only pick up slack they have to work with people that are in serious need of training and English as a second language class!! Final Example: I was talked to kindly as I was walked to the extension cords! Thank you Tracy!! Giant cooperations can sink quickly for not getting on top of pulling your head out of your A@s!!!

It all started out bad. The minute we walked in. Went to go return something without a receipt and I told the lady that i was fine with a gift card. And she kept saying well go get what you need and come back we are open till 10. And I said I had some othershopping and didnt want to waste time waiting in line for customer service. It never stopped. I just walked away and then I bought something online and went to the pick up and I waiting there for 45 minutes. Someone paged for them twice. Finally I called the store to talk to a manager and he came back there and then it was another half hour before he could figure it out. Needless to say I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS WALMART AGAIN!!!!

I love this store,budget wise. As far as coustmer service goes there is alot to be desired . Very few good employees with helping friendly attitudes. Had so many poor interactions with coustmer service that turned somebody in. Was never offered nor compensated for anything. I work in c.s. And am a reasonable person I also know protocol when a coustmer is unsatisfied time and time again. And thats compensation!

There was a very loud annoying alarm going off in clearance for at least ten minutes. I asked someone to call for assistance at the jewelry counter and no one came. I went and asked the lady at self check out to call some one and she was very rude. Multiple employees walked by the jewelry counter while three customers waited to be helped. I left. The customer service is horrible.

The last time I was in walmart in Faribault, MN. Some kid, aka worker was in the self check out area and he was swinging his keys around. And as I walked out his keys hit me right in the face. And his responce was "oh sorry". These workers are disrespectful, and rude. I will only go to walmart now when I absolutely have to, otherwise its not worth it anymore.

I just had to check out my own "pork" products because my cashier couldnt check out my products because it was against her religion. Im not mad about doing it, but if youre going to work in a place that handles things against your religion, go work in a different part of the store.

An employee was moving big pallets of merchandise up and down the isles so I tried to get out of his way as fast as I could. He then yelled fairly loud for me to slow the *#!* down. Nice way to treat customers!

Its a typical Wal-Mart Superstore. Floor not swept. Shelves in disarray. The only reason I gave it a 2 was the greeter was pleasant. Many of the Somali employees were rude. Try to avoid this place.
