Just went to check out an expedition because we want to buy in a few months. The guy said "well what in the hell are you doing here now?" Because we arent buying today. We asked to drive it to see if we would like it, and he said "to be honest, I dont want you driving it if you arent buying it." Okay, well you surely wont be getting our money in the future! So rude! Also, they dont even service their cars that they get from another dealership. They had a $13k Silverado that needed a new transmission. He was trying to sell it as is, even though it needs a transmission. Terrible customer service! Typical shady car salesmen. Oh, and the Expedition wouldnt even start. We had to jump it.

In my opinion they are crooks, and I can prove they are liars, they told me something was wrong with a car that turns out was in great condition, they just didnt want me looking hard to find out it needed at $2000 repair not a $240, also battery had recently been disconnected so check engine light didnt show up until driving for few days. STAY AWAY, filed complaint with attorney general, BBB and filing suit. Would give 0 stars if possible

They are horrible people. Used all the money we had to buy a vehicle from them and was told nothing was wrong with it. Got home and check engine light came on. Couple days later it starts overheating and turns out has blown head gasket. Called him to talk about a refund or atleast help with repairs for it and tells us there is nothing he can do. He is a liar and a crook. Contacting the BBB and an attorney and filing a suit against them.

Great place to get a used car. Tommy my salesman was easy to work with, not pushy like your big dealership salemen and I paid a fair price without feeling like I got bamboozled. I do recommend checking them out before you make your final decision, youll be surprised...and of course...ask for Tommy!
