Jeremy lacks in proper customer interaction, and he is the manager! I returned a bruush that belonged in the trash, it had been on clearance, he told me he would handle all the refunds not his staff, in the future because it was suspicious. Incinuating i was being less than honest! I am a licensed hairstylist, and was only in sallys because i was bored anyway, will i go back to sallys? Yes, however NOT THIS LOCATION, ever! I have never posted a review but felt strongly about being treated wrongly!
