I found a fabric that I wished to purchase but there was no price tag on it. A very helpful lady went and priced it for me at 17.99 per yard. After a few minutes of browsing I decided to go ahead and purchase 1 yard of the fabric as that was all I needed. Some snitty guy approached the helpful lady to let her know she had given the wrong price. It was actually 27.00 per yard. I was informed of the price difference but not offered the lower price as quoted. Rude!!! Will never go back. Was it really worth losing $10.00 for an error on their part. Guess so.

Overall, good customer service, but its so expensive for labor. The quality is just as good as grandmas, but you end up with a bill larger than a paycheck. TONS of fabrics, but some orders were mixed up, and couldnt review work orders. Bad organization of paperwork. If you can do the labor your self, this place seems to be the best around.
