I couldnt find the items I wanted to purchase and there was no one available to ask. I wanted some trim and when I went to the cutting table, the lady cutting fabric told me to "get in line" The line was on the side of the cutting table. Then she pointed to a yellow sign which said cutting line and made a comment about not being able to "read the sign" which was not at eye level but up high on a post. Very rude. I left the store without buying anything and doubt I will shop there again in the near future. The store needs MORE THAN ONE PERSON TO CUT FABRIC. In my recent visits, the store is generally understaffed and not friendly. There was a puddle of water in the aisle and no one attempted to clean it up. One clerk put a shopping cart over the puddle.

You cant help but love the employees here. They are sweet and helpful to your every need but the only issue is they can be slow. The products jump off the shelves quickly but thats usually due to high demand at prime sales times.

The employees are very rude and treat you like your a bother. I shook it off the first time I visited the store, but every time I go in its a uncomfortable feeling when needing assistance and being treated so poorly.
