I could complain about the sub par service, but that seems to be the norm with the current generation, so I will stick to the atmosphere of the dairy. Unfortunately for us, it only got worse as we sat down. In fact, it was absolutely disgusting! The floor was covered with old food and trash, the water pitcher at the counter was leaking so much that it had soaked the towel that was placed underneath it and dripping onto the floor. Worst of all, my wife and her friend saw a 1-1/2" cockroach run across the floor. If this is what we see where the customers are and eating, what does it look behind the counter where they prepare the food? We eat Oberweis a few times a year but will never return to this location. So gross!

The worker I encountered there was rude and took too long to take my order. It took about 20 minutes to get what I ordered and that was not acceptable. Also, there was a long piece of hair in my ice cream. I very much disliked my experience here and would not recommend going to this establishment and would recommend going to another.

Cool little ice cream shop, you should check out! Can be a little high on prices, but not for the quality of the ice cream. My 11 year old and I go here for a little weekday treat...and sit at special tables that are set up to play chess. Check it out.
