I bought my wedding cake from here fo my wedding in July. I wanted rasberry filling on the bottom and barvarian cream on the top. When we picked up the cake the day of the wedding, It looked great! The lady said that it would be fine in the air cond. and did NOT need to be put in the fridge. Well it turns out that the fridge would have been better, I cant really fault her for that but one would expect her to know whats best. The cake (with a little work) was fine for the wedding, and did look nice in the pictures. Then we went to cut it, she made it with no rasberry filling. It was all bavarian cream. My husband was not able to eat any of his own cake because of her mistake. Make sure you check because she is not very careful.

A great little supply store for the home baker. You can pick up a variety of supplies here for cake and candy making without having to track these things down online. They also have cake pan rentals. Occasionally the conduct classes for interesting techniques. Being a bakery owner, I love having this store nearby to get things last minute when we run out and Laurie the Owner is always willing to help me track down & order molds on short notice.
