Bought a pair of boots at this store on a Wednesday that had to be sent from another local store and was promised it would be at this store the Friday of the same week by 9am. However, I called Friday because I never received a confirmation call that the boots were in and the lady I spoke with told me that the manager was coming from the Moss Point store (where the boots were being sent from) and that he should have them. The same associate called me back later that day to tell me the manager did not have them and how she would make it her personal mission to have them at their store by 9am the next day. I called the next morning to confirm again that the boots were in. Once again, I am told that they were not in and was promised that they would be in the NEXT day by 9am. While Im on the phone now disappointed that this store has now made a THIRD promise date for this order to be in the associate on the phone begins to laugh about the issue with another individual. As a customer who has already paid for the merchandise being shipped I am highly disappointed in the customer service from this location. Instead of waiting to see if the third promise would be fulfilled I decided to go to the Ocean Springs to store in hopes of getting better customer service.

Website says largest selection of Carhartt clothes in Mississippi,what a joke,carhartt has some of best quality work clothes in the world,they had 12 pairs of pants,they make the store seem way bigger on website,was disappointed,the staff on duty very cool and this 1 star does not reflect on them

GREAT Store! Friendly staff was helpful but not pushy. The largest selection of boots out of anywhere around at good prices. Western boots, work boots, and kids boots too. I was surprised by the amount of boutique clothing they had.
