UPDATE 2/24/17: their "expert" employees sold me a poor quality nail telling me it would be "TOTALLY FINE". It broke my $600 rig, so if that isnt a telling sign I dont know what is. Dont waste your time going here unless you HAVE to. Dont bother calling with complaints because the entire staff has an "I dont care" attitude and doesnt really help you, theyll just brush it off and tell you that you did something wrong and its your fault. About an hour ago I was in to buy a new quartz dish. First when I walked in, I was helped by a guy with short brown hair and a stubby beard, about average height, who was rude for no reason. First off, the only ACCURATE info about the product in/on the box I got my product in is a small sticker that your employee removed to test my product. The product on the gladiator enail is way different than what you get, and its adjustable above what the box says. I made the mistake of calling quartz "glass" and your employee sure snapped back quick to make sure I knew to call it quartz. The entire time I was there I was treated like I was an idiot for no reason and your employees are basically place fillers, and can never tell me anything about a product, but when it breaks, suddenly they know everything and you did something wrong. I wouldnt write this review if it didnt happen every time I go. 10/10 adapters purchased from here have broken, 1/2 enails, and the glass isnt worth the price considering it isnt very sturdy and will break much easier than they assure. Hideaway has a cool selection, but they sell cheap knock off crap then turn around and treat you like an idiot when it breaks. Not coming back here.

Great place for all your tobacco supplies! Huge selection of shisha for hookahs. Service is always great. I can always walk in and know that I will walk out with exactly and only exactly what Im looking for. They are very knowledgeable and never pushy which is appreciated when your thinking about larger purchases. The Minnesota Legit glass is fantastic. Ive gone though idk how many drop downs for my e-nail rig since I got it about 2 years ago. I picked up a MN Legit drop down 6 or 7 months ago and its still kickin! Same thing with the water pipe portion of my rig. The high heat would crack it after only a month or two.... or Id set it down funny or drop it and that would be it. No second chances with the cheaper rigs from up the street at Smokedale which is where I was going previously. The MN Legit rig, and I do not recommend attempting this nor are they advertised to be able to withstand such a thing, but I have dropped or knocked it over countless times and it is still perfectly fine. One time it fell off a 3ft high work bench while the nail and drop down were still attached and it was fine. Not even a chip! Might be 5-10% more expensive than Smokedale overall and the MN Legit stuff is another 5-10% more but the quality of the service and the product are well worth it. Final note: the rewards program is awesome too. Used it to effectively give my girl a 100$ gift card. The points stack up fairly quickly.

Junk product, Junk customer service. I bought a new charger and a medicali pen. 2 weeks go by and my charger suits out. I call and ask about warranty. The guy says, " Theyre 4.99 chargers not the best quality" So I asked how long are these items supposed to last, he says " Much longer than 2 weeks" He asked how long do I charge it. I said overnight. He responded with "Well when someone purchases and ecig or anything along that we assume they have their own knowledge" What!!!! I do car repairs for a living, and if I had that mentality, our doors wouldve closed years ago! What a joke. I agree with the review below. Dont go unless you have too!!

Better than Super Smokedable I would imagine. However after lingering for about 15 minutes I left. When I was almost at the door I was told if I wanted to look at something I could just talk to the lady at the register. Sorry but naw Im fine. I dont need to beg to patronize a store. If someone is standing around in the store waiting for service, it just buys them time to feel buyers remorse before even buying something especially since someone near me was getting helped and it was pretty obvious I wanted to see something. Ill stick to the outlet store that is right next to my house.

Just went in to try and find a complimentary piece to my $500.00 Brandon piece I had previously purchased from this same location. I had barely gotten to your more expensive show case when I was told I had to remove my hood. When I asked why a store i was trying to give my money would request such a thing I was quickly informed," its store policy". I will boycott this establishment until its policies are actually understandable but more importantly reasonable and sound

Worst 420 day ever!!!! We waited in line for ever finally got inside picked out some stuff.. got in the car and a 120$ peace broke at a seem. We went back inside and the manager only gave me us half credit. They charged me 120$ for some cheap Chinese glass! Worst customer service
