For the record I have never writen a review so take that with a grain of salt. I have always enjoyed coming to this place over the years. Every chance I had I made it a point to stop by and fill up my collection here. Ive bought quite a few boxes of cigars from this place. Every chance I got Ive recommended friends to go to this establishment. No more though. I came to Pipe & Tobacco shop a couple of weeks ago with a couple of people. Not the first time i came with others. The entire time we were being watched closely, and not left alone. Obviously coming across as though we were about to steal. Knowing and feeling this we felt rushed to leave, instead of taking time to choose what we wanted. Like teens in a convenience store. Making for an awkward experience. I understand the need to secure product. Instead of checking us out they took the time to count from the boxes I had taken out of. As if it wasnt anymore obvious. As we were walking to the car all of us talked about this. Put in cameras if you are so worried. You have lost a customer and a potential one as well. Bad show...

Great place! Very inviting environment and etremely knowledgeable staff. I think the owners name is greg....super nice guy! A wall full of pipes from $20 to probably $500. Great pipe tobacco stock to choose from at decent prices, and a very extensive cigar selection! Not internet prices but the cutomer service and staff knowledge more than makes up for the difference! Great great place! Thanks for your help greg! I cant say enough good things about this shop! Ive never left a review on a business before but these guys definitely deserve it! Stop in and see for yourself.....i promise you wont be disappointed!

Hey Brendan Antosh, go ahead and Kill yourself. leaving a 1 star review for a place because you felt like you were "being watched". After 30 years in business they probably have good reason to "watch" whoever they see fit and if youre offended by this you probably have no idea how it feels to be a small business owner. This place is great!

This is THE flagship Pipe and Tobacco store in central Arkansas, sure others have come and gone but for what 28 plus years this place is were all the best dressed men shop...Ooops my bad I was doing a silly Hornes menswear promo. Seriously this is the one spot destination for the serious cigar smoker...

I have never left a review before, but my friend and I went in to buy our first cigar and it was an amazing experience. The employee was extremely helpful and made our first purchase easy and fun instead of awkward and nervous! Would definitely recommend!
