Im an avid cigar smoker and have shopped here for years. Its been many months since my last visit and after reading the other reviews it was a little disheartening. I gave it a shot anyway and was extremely disappointed. This location has always had a nice selection and variety. Now its a hoarders dream with boxes stacked to the ceilings of the same product and open boxes all over the floor. Thats not even the worst part of my experience. Theres mold everywhere in both walk in humidors, boxes on the tile floor with dust bunnies and spider webs. So many sticks and boxes destroyed with clearly no regard for quality control. I was able to find a few that I was willing to purchase as their prices have always been reasonable. Sadly, I will not be shopping here again.

Worst shop ever, i see people come into hideaway with fake products asking for help bc smokedale wont help them or didnt inform them how to use their ecig. When they dont know the answer to something they tell you they cant understand you. They dont train their employees and take a long ass time to ring you up. Once took me 20 min to just pay for a hookah, is it that hard to take my money?! Hideaway gives you information on the products and what would fit you best, and they actually have a computer system and dont have to run around the store checking prices on everything.

Their cigars are incredibly over humidified to the point of mold growing on them. Seriously guys, 70/70, how hard is that? Go elsewhere if you want real cigars Also, the selection could be better, lots of boring brands like RP, RyJ, macanudo, and ghurkas.

Cheap, knock off products. Rude staff. Some products sold as new but obviously used. Spend the extra coin at hideaway. Much better experience all around.
