Sold me an e cigarette without even checking if the charger was in there. When I called before store close at 5:45pm he told me I called the wrong store and that I did not purchase from there, when in fact I called the number off of their own receipt. When I arrived they closed early, even when I told them Ill be coming in. Dont go in there buying a product without double checking you actually got what you paid for before you leave the store.

Wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. So pretty much the exact opposite of Stillwater Tobacco at 2040 Market Dr, who make you feel uncomfortable, like youre bothering them by coming in and making a purchase. Me and the wife were SO happy when this place opened, and have not been back to Stillwater Tobacco since.

Stillwater prices are still the most expensive compared to other shops. I do like their employees & their products but usually shop at Smokedale because they are a lot cheaper. Most of my friends in Stillwater do the same. They would definitely get more business if they loeered pices.
