In my opinion, this is the best orchard I have visited and I have been to many. We always make the trip to Northfield from the Twin Cities once or twice a year to get the freshest apples. They take excellent care of them. I have not been there on a weekend but can imagine a huge crowd that wants to buy a quality apple for a good price.

Definitely highly recommended. This place is very beautiful and has a lot of goodies to choose from. The apples are inexpensive and as fresh as you can get! If I lived closer I would go there all the time to get my apples. Plus some treats like donuts, caramels, popcorn, and the best apple cider Ive ever had.

Though November isnt the typical time for an orchard visit, we stopped out of curiosity and were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted warmly and invited to sample the apple varieties. We made off with seconds of the Keepsake and Haralson, some fresh apple donuts, cider, and popping corn. Well be back!

Its a great little place, you just put the mark a little but too far west. I know this because I grew up on the land, my father sold them the land back in the 80s. The place is about a mile east of the mark.

Nice apples. Pretty rose bushes. Tourist trap pricing in store. Bring a lot of money if you have kids or a family member who likes sweets, but doesnt know how to read a label.

Just off I35 south of the cities. Apples in a cool room, lots of edible goodies in the store. Apple firsts and seconds (blemishes, etc) available. Very friendly! Good find!

Im not into the gimmicks of some of the other orchards with hay rides and games. I want good apples for good prices to make good apples dishes, and this place has it.

Great orchard - wonderful apples! We go there every Fall for an excellent variety of fruit. Really nice shop with outstanding caramel as well. Friendly staff.

Great place, we found it on the senic route home from the cities. Nice store, the apple pie & fudge were awsome and the have a beautiful rose garden out front.
