Usually dont mind the workers but some are VERY VERY rude. I walked up to the store with my youngest daughter and told her to wait outside. When I came back outside she was no where to be found. She had been kicked off the propertys sidewalk by a very rude man that works there. He had raised his voice at her using foul language. She was only trying to explain she was waiting for her mother. They should be more worried about the lake street bums drinking right outside of their door instead of kicking my daughter off of the premises when she was standing 15ft away from the entrance. I have also seen minors walk out of the store with liquor. This is a horrible liquor store! They should not be in business!!! I am very disappointed. I highly reccomend going to East Lake Liquor. They are friendly with great spirit. Everything that Hi Lake Liquor is not. It is very unfortunate this experience had to take place. Hopefully they step up their rules

This place isnt much better then Chicago lake liquor. The parking lot is a mess and everyone is a sketchy looking thug or some sort of vagrant. Standing in line sometimes you feel like you will be followed out by some unsavory element of society.

Cramped, only when its super busy. Not racist like someone said, but when the store is super busy, they dont want thieves dont take it personal. Low prices, always get good deals on wine!

Very racist. Brought my bag in like I always do and they told me next time to leave it at the door . Wont be coming back

Easy to find and prices are close to lowest in city. They dont open until 9am but staff are always friendly.
