Went in with a painting project, asking for directions on what type of paint to use. Staff had no clue. They did however state they were going to research in the event I came back in. Which is a good thing. Today I came back with some news about their product I had found. In fact I wanted to purchase. Understandably they were busy, but for 15 minutes I stood in line waiting and wasnt even acknowledged. No one said, "hey I will be right with you, or it will be a moment." Two other customers were there and had the same experience. I am left with a review that is the following. Knowledgeable, and poor customer service. I would go elsewhere.

I came in looking for help with two projects I had. Annie (I think?) was SUPER helpful without being pushy at all. I paid a little more than I would have at Menards or Home Depot but the salespeople there are generally not very knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this location in the future!
