We are in the process of selecting the color for our painter to paint our house. We walked in this store at about 7:15pm today, was hoping to have at least half hour time in the store and talk to the color experts there. This is the second time that we visited Sherwin William store. We had much better experience and treatment in the other store in Maple Grove, MN. Sales representative and the store manager were very friendly and helpful in the Maple Grove store. We walked out happily and had our questions answered. In contract, we walked in about the same time to this store, the store associates were only focusing closing their registers, didnt come over to help until we walked up to them. I asked for a sample strip for the Super White color for comparison to the Pure White I had in hand. The sale associate took my color strip and walked to the back, I thought she was going to find something for me. I was waiting at the counter. She walked back, set the color strip on the corner of the register, walked away and didnt give me back any feedback. I couldnt believe the service I am getting in the premium paint store Sherwin William. We got better service from Home Depot s paint department than that! I am very disappointed of this stores service and probably will bite my finger to remember never go back to that store. Maybe you would get better service during the day, I am not sure.

Pretty OK selection & pretty conveniently located, & prices are consistent with the other stores in the chain. Came there after work one day to get a "five-in-one" tool

It is a good place to buy paint and some gear... but client service is a changing thing depending who is helping you... Some associates are just rude.
