Their prices are admittedly not the greatest, but most of the employees are extremely helpful (barring a lot of their millennial workers--most of which dont stick around for long). I came in with a vague idea of what I needed to complete a specific project, and I left with exactly all the parts I needed. The gentleman even helped me with my math since I hadnt bothered to measure anything before coming into the store. If youre looking for a great deal, this probably isnt the place to go, but if youre looking for employees that legitimately want to help their customers, this is it!

Absolutely great customer service! I ordered a water heater just recently and was told it would be here on the following Friday morning if included in their store ordered that was placed by noon on the prior Wednesday. It did arrive in the 2 days and I also received free delivery by noon on Friday. Delivery was up stairs and into home which I much appreciated. Ive also had a window repaired there in the past which was very reasonable priced and fairly quick. Very good Manager, Erick. I would highly recommend!

These guys are "The Go To Place" for hardware and accessories. I find I can get in, get help and be on my way, with confidence that I have the correct parts. The staff is quick to greet you and they know what they have and where it is in the store.

Poor Selection, 15 Dollar bag of Salt! Kwik trip 5 blocks up has it for 4.99. Probably more going on at this store than meets the eye.....sniff sniff...
