I am a frequent Target shopper, I have never had a problem with Target. The only time I ever have an issue is when I go to the Eagan Target. Tonight I went in to return a few items. I first stood at the return counter for 5-10 minutes watching employees talking and joking around and playing on the card for little kids until someone noticed I was standing there. When someone did come to help me the woman was completely flustered and obviously annoyed she had to help me. She made comments like "great I have to run it again" and was huffing and puffing the entire time. After she finally got it all retuned she asked me to swipe my car to get my money back on my card. when I did she told me is wasnt the same card. I assured her it was because I just bought the items a few hours ago. She read off my card number the oneI used and asked if it was correct and I said yes, but she couldnt find a way to put it on my card because she was too flustered to care or try. Instead of asking for assistance or for a manager she told me she was giving me a gift card. I told her that was very inconvenient and would like it on my card, but she said there was nothing she can do. That was my last straw with this Target and I will NEVER shop there again. I will also assure my friends and family it will be a huge mistake to shop at the Target in Eagan. I will be sure to make a trip to Apple Valley or Burnsville where everyone is extremely helpful and has never made my shopping experience a bad one.

I would put zero star for this store if I could. Im a very frequent Targeter, but not anymore after my experience today. My wife forgot her purse in one of the carts, and we came back only after couple of hours. We asked the customer service and they claim that there was nothing reported. We searched everywhere in the cart area .. then we called my wifes phone, and sure enough, when we were close to the customer service desk, we could hear something. We insisted on searching again everywhere and all of the sudden we found the purse inside one of the lockers underneath the desk .. not anywhere close to where the lost & found items are .. not to mention the shady behavior of the employee. It was very clear to me that this was not a mistake, it is an organized thing! I then talked to the manager but I dont feel he will respond to this. Im glad we got our purse back; but we were very close to lose it if we have trusted Target as respected store, Im glad we didnt. And thats absolutely the last time Ill ever be in this place. Shame.

Store is Clean and not to busy most staff are Helpful, But I Bought a set of curtains There Last Night and Put one sheer Up and Decided I didnt like the look So I took them Back The Next day. The costumer service Lady Told me She was Gonna Take them Back But Next time Not to rip The Package or she wasnt gonna take them back and that all the packaging had to be there. I told her all the packaging was there and Folded neatly with receipt In package, She then stated, DO you think I can Sale these when the package is ripped. I said I Have never Been to a Target that Said they couldnt take any thing back do to the package Being Ripped. She Was Very Rude About the Whole thing I was Mad and Just Left I have never been to a target That treated me like this. I do not shop at walmart Cause they are hard to Deal with. I do all My shopping at Target Stores. They Have Never given me Problems about returning some thing With a ripped box. Its hard Not to Rip a package that has Tape on all sides.

Very upseting! I had to return a lamp that Id purchased this past spring. I paid $80 for it, wich is a splurge for me. The brand is Threshold. I was told on thr phone that Id have to do a return with my license since my receipt would be nul and void at this point. So I brought it in, only to be given a $68 Target gift card to purchase more of their items.The manager even said that their 90 dy return policy was pretty generous. I really thought theyd stand behind their product. The nob just broke off and I found it was attached with a plastic piece. Obviously a huge designed flaw! Its a lamp after all. Not a pair of shoes. You turn it in and off. It isnt something that has alot of wear and tear. Now my living room will be dark in the evenings because I have no extra money to purchase one elsewhere. Thanks Target

Not my favorite target. They only serve half of the food products normal targets do and they seem to all be more expensive meats. They also dont have much of a produce section. Not alot of options. This target also only had one entrance, you have to walk to the end of the store just to grab milk. They also do not have a Starbucks or a pizza hut. But Ive always had a pleasant shopping experience there.

Slowest checkouts Ive ever experienced. I shop here often since I live so close to it and every time I go it takes forever to just checkout and pay. Dont get me wrong, the store is well stocked and maintained as far as targets go however the clerks are annoyingly slow at checking out customers now matter how busy it is. If youre in a hurry I wouldnt recommend going here even if you live near by.

The place has become a pain to get into and out of, especially if you only need a couple items. Theyve removed the express checkouts in favor of checkouts. There is no compensation for using these lanes, so youre essentially working for the company without bring paid when you use them. Target is not a charity organization, working for them without being paid for your work is slave labor.

Well run store. Usually tidy inside. But outside facade is yellow brick, and quite dated, so it doesnt look so inviting from the parking lot. Big parking lot though - recently resurfaced. Close to Cub and other local businesses, including a Regal 16 Theater, hotels, fast food, Green Mill, Post Office, Checker Auto Parts, Noodles, Yogurt Lab, Nothing Bundt Cakes, etc...

I love this target, while many super targets are great the size of a normal target seems just right for the location. The store is always clean and usually does a great job at keeping things in stock even when there is a high demand. It has self check out terminals also which makes less of a need for staff which is good!

I love this Target so much. And yes I do I know that its the only Target store in the City Of Eagan. And I love how theres a lot of handicap accessible parking spaces with a access aisle for handicap vans. And I also love how this Target store also has self checkout lanes as well as regular checkout lanes as well.

Of course a 5 Star review. Not only do I work here but our whole morning crew is awesome! Majority of the time we carry the product you need & will call the other stores to find what you need. Great cozy store. Even though its not a Super Target its got all the essentials you need, plus more!
