I give them two stars for having such a variety of saddles. I was having better luck until they tried to help me. They had no idea the kind of saddle I was looking for and tried to sell me one that in no way shape or form would work. I was looking at a Crates for my gaited horse and they steered me to a Billy Cook. They wanted to customize it, but they told me it would effect resale value. They had no idea what a short skirt meant. They said I had to tie blocks on the stirrups for it to fit my child. We only went there to find out the size saddle she would need, I was not there to buy so wasnt disappointed to walk out. Just surprised at their lack of knowledge when it came to children fit and the fact that they were trying to sell at whatever cost.
