On 3/30 I ordered some firearm parts that totaled over the amount of 300.00. Brownells decided to save money and ship it via Fedex Smartpost. I left to New Orleans and was excited to see my tracking say that it was delivered while I was away, however astonishingly there was no signature required. I was not surprise to come home and find that my package was not present. I live in a community with heavy traffic and children who walk through my neighborhoods and I understand that some things go missing and mistakes are made, HOWEVER, I do expect more from a company who prides themselves in the firearms business. It is NOT A WISE DECISION to ship GUN PARTS without a signature, even if it saves the company a few cents! Now who knows whose hands those parts are in?! I called their phone line but their offices are closed, however live chat is available. Spoke to John and Cameron who could care less about my issue or the fact that there are missing gun parts on the streets. GOOD JOB BROWNELLS. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS HERE EVER AGAIN. Also people if you google search "brownells missing package" this is not the only case where Brownells has done wrong. I will be doing business with MIDWAYUSA. I can no longer rely on a company who makes fortunes off of honest and hardworking riflemen but cannot deliver their products without penny pinching. Due to the nature of the products in the package, I am now concern about my other firearms since clearly if the parts were stolen now they know the address to find a house that has related products to burglarize. Also fyi, the package according to Fedex packaging was a package that was 26x17x11. Wouldnt it be cheaper to go full FEDEX or UPS? I will be writing a nice email to the head of Brownells and will update once I hear news from them. I would not suggest anyone doing business here.

Like guns? You will love Brownells. I was immediately stuck by the size of the place as I drove up, wondering if it was the just the catalog/website warehouse and headquarters or if this huge building could possibly be the retail store. I quickly learned that it was both. Brownells must be one of the largest online retailers of gun parts, accessories, and gear. From gunsmithing tools to optics, I have rarely found a firearms related item that they do not stock. I was surprised by the selection of firearms in the store which was quite extensive. They even had quite a few used guns. Brownells does not sell guns online, so I was expecting to only find gun parts, gear and accessories. The store itself is not as large as a Bass Pro or Cabelas, so the amount of product on display may make you think that your selection is limited. However, the Brownells store may virtually carry more products. The entire Brownells inventory is a click away, with computer terminal kiosks running a version of the website located at the front of the store. Very helpful associates can help you locate what you are looking for, and folks in the warehouse deliver your items in just a few minutes. Display screens located around the store alert you when your items are ready. I selected a couple of gun parts on a kiosk and requested delivery. After looking at guns for awhile my parts where ready. I was able to check out the items that they brought over and I decided to make a purchase. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. If you can make the trip or you happen to be driving past I highly recommend that you stop in at Brownells.

Ive purchased from Brownells in the past but my last purchase will be my last. in early Jan I ordered a back ordered item that was listed to ship early Feb. After not receiving any updates going into March I emailed Brownells for a status on my item without response. My item finally shipped a couple weeks before April. It would have been nice to receive an update the item was delayed and even nicer to have received a response to my inquiry. Fortunately there are many other retailers online that sell the same items as Brownells and I will try them in the future. With so much competition in this market, I would have expected better service.

Great store with the ability to handle pretty much all of the merchandise on the shelves. If it isnt on the shelf you can use their in site online service to have products pulled from the warehouse while you shop saving on shipping. A couple of my favorite aspects of the store are the ability to look through the optics at long ranges outdoors, the handguns are tethered so no waiting on an associate to handle them, and all long guns are easily handled because they are not behind a counter.

If you are a person that does not need a sidekick therapist telling you everything is ok, or a person that enjoys thier rights we have as an American, and one who proudly accepts the responsibility of the second admendment this is your place! The largest selection of anything you could ever ask for at great prices! Look out for their tent sales, the ammo goes fast! I was not fast enough to get some. These folks do what they love and love what they do! America!

If you want your order in a timely manner do not order from this company. It took them 3 or 4 days just to process my order. Now Im well over a week and still waiting for my item. You make me pay $8 for shipping on a $100+ item and then it takes over a week? Thats just poor service. Ive always used Midway USA in the past and they blow these guys out of the water on order processing and shipping. Oh well, now I know.

This place is AWESOME. Brownells sell good kit. I was like a fat kid in a candy store. Ive shopped their catalog for years, but its better to actually see the item before buying. Plenty of cool stuff, and very quick from order to pick-up. Ample parking, even for trailers. And I needed one after my shopping trip, lol.

SLOW SLOW SLOW. I placed an order on 10/29 and it has been "in Process" since. Ive emailed and called and basically just get told to wait. They are moving and so shipping has stopped. If you need the items go to another vendor. If you want to wait, then Brownells and the two partner companies are for you.

This store charged me $14 dollars (shipping included) more for a Blade tech quad magazine holster and Wilson combat magazine than Midway USA. I later asked the store if they could refund the difference. They apologized for the high price and issued a refund. Very good company.

This is a great store. It is comfortable to just browse and window shop, but they also have subject matter experts on hand if you have questions. There is a great selection of both new and used firearms, as well as ammunition, accessories and different parts and parts kits.

Holy heck do you want to talk about variety and selection! I was blown away by how much they have to offer and if they dont have something in the store, theres a pretty good chance the attached 250,000 sqft dc does! If they dont have it, you dont need it!
