Hi, my name is Grant. I recently visited the Minnetonka store (4913 County Rd 101, Minnetonka, MN 55345) and received amazing customer service. Chris was fantastic in helping me. He set my family up with new phones and plan. I had a issue with the screen protector that was put on my phone. It didnt seal correctly. I called the Minnetonka store and they said they will fix it for me. Well I live in Burnsville and asked the Minnetonka store to give me the location of the local Wireless Lifestyle to get it fix. I went to the Burnsville (266 E Travelers Trail, Burnsville, MN 55337) store and saw Ian. His response was "no cant help you" "no we wont replace" "no, no, no". Terrible customer service. I get that you have to keep inventory correct in each store but have some respect for me and customer service!!! He could have looked at it and gave me a suggestion to fix it. Maybe found a way to get an extra screen protector to his store for me. Or called his manager or even asked me to meet his manager tomorrow that would have been fine. Anything a long the lines of good customer service would have been helpful. I didnt throw a fit. I was very polite. Now i have the major inconvenience to drive to Minnetonka this weekend just to get my screen fixed. It would have been nice to get someone who could understand what I needed and at least tried to find a solution that works for me. I mean, the store is run by the same company as the Minnetonka store - Wireless Lifestyle. Thanks for the no help. The Minnetonka store and Chris there is awesome but boo to Ian the Burnsville store. Thumbs down.

OMG....came from out of town to do a phone upgrade and this has been the best service EVER, that i have received from a Sprint store. Brandon helped me, but his co-workers Sam and Ian were so supportive and danced and sung for us! :) This location goes above and beyond what is asked of them and they put a whole new definition to "Customer Service". If you live in the area, I recommend this location. They build repport, helped me get my new phone with the best rate possible and made me laugh half the time I was there. LOVED their service. I will return.

Not happy with my service from this location.....was told "flip flop service" was easy and simple "just turn on and off your phone" Well its not working and they refuse to answer the phone atbthe store.....NO HOLD FEATURE on your line?????? Get with the times!!! ☆☆......only cause i know they didnt mean to do it!!!! But the support after my visit is below par!!

Zeke was awesome! My family upgraded our phones with him and even though there was some glitches with our account he stuck it out and got our new phones all set up. I could not be happier with the way Zeke handled everything... Stayed after hours to get everything done. Great person to work with!

Today I switched from At&t today and transferred my three accounts. Zeke Morton at the Burnsville store was great and helped us alot and was very knowledgeable. He was patient with my million questions. Thanks Sprint and bye bye At&t. My bill will much cheaper! Sweet!!!!!!!
