I had a varied experience at Peters Billiards. The store and product selection was excellent, and the Sales staff was attentive and helpful. I purchased a new 9 foot table, and it was ready for delivery in the time frame communicated. The installation team was punctual and friendly. Up until this point I was impressed with my experience. Where the experience began to degrade was on the installation of the Simonis cloth. The cloth did not appear to be installed using the Simonis installation procedure, and resulted in color variations (waves) on the rails and edges of the bed cloth. The installation team came back out to address the color variation in the bed cloth through a process of cloth tension reduction at various points. This process did reduce the overall variations, but did not resolve them. When the installation team left, they said time should result in the rest working itself out. I have seen Simonis cloth installed tight to the bed and rails, without any color variation, using the prescribed process by the manufacturer (found on their website). I was surprised to have this experience with the cloth, given the premier brand and reputation Peters has in the Twin Cities. Peters is a nice store with helpful and friendly staff. However, when it comes time to recover my table with Simonis in the future, Ill be hesitant to contact Peters.

Ive dealt with Peters Billiards for over 30 years, probably done 20 different types of purchases or service. You can tell that Im older and dont do a lot of reviews but when service is over the top or worst ever, Ill do one. Like many, we can refer, recommend or endorse businesses that we favor. Peters Billiards is a business that I would endorse to anyone. Not only do they operate ethically but they operate with heart, They conduct business that defines the true meaning of "customer service" Goes like this: The "durable" impression that resides long after the goods and services have been rendered. They operate in a rare sphere that should be envied by every business.

Peters carries Tropitone patio furniture which is more high end. They have many different styles to see and try out. John Y helped us us buy four chairs at a great price. The crew at the loading dock had unboxed, inspected and re boxed my chairs in less than 24 hours. Rather than special order a fabric, I chose one of their tastefully chosen in-stock options. This store should considered when buying patio furniture. Thanks.

Every metro-area resident should venture into this architectural masterpiece at some point in their life. I passed by this adventure waiting to happen every week on my way in and out of Minneapolis and it took me almost eighteen years to build up the confidence to finally pass through its doors. Plus, its an excellent place to relax with your sweetie on chairs that you know youll never be able to afford.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection of antique pool tables is the best in the Midwest. Expect too pay a lot but its a piece of furniture what with be passed down for future generations! Since I restore pool tables as well, I find PB has everything I need to complete all my projects. Weve bought a lot from Peters and always been pleased with the product. Its an awesome store, if you havent been in there, well worth going! Nice & knowledgeable staff, huge selection of barstools, really great quality furniture, most American made products (which is rare these days). We highly recommend Peters.

Very very upscale rec room and bar equipment. Extremely beautiful pieces that I can only dream about. Staff was very friendly and patient but let my wife and I browse on our own too when we were shipping for stools. Didnt end up purchasing anything but would go here if we had the resources.

The facility itself is amazing. Both in its design and layout. Drive under garage is nice in inclement weather. The prices are a bit high as compared to what you can purchase online. But its nice to go lay your hands on actual merchandise.
