Was walking by the store on my lunch break today when a corporate individual was outside panhandling to get customers into the store. I told him I was with Sprint didnt need an upgrade and was happy with the service. I did inquire if he was able to help me out with the service outage issues from the weekend in Minnesota. He said of course we can help you brought me inside passed me off to another customer service individual who promptly informed I have to call customer service to deal with the issue. What a waste of my time I have been a customer with Sprint for 5 years plus. I wouldnt have even stopped if he didnt misinform me outside . Thanks for wasting my time just trying to get me in the store to sell me more.

I saved $750 by going to the Best Buy next door. 0 stars. Aside from telling me I would have to pay an outlandish price for my phone they wanted me to close a contract my family has had for 20 years with Sprint. Im not sure if they were actually bold-face lying to me or simply just did not know about Sprint contracts. Either way, Sprint should probably do its name a favor and close this location ASAP.

Worst customer service in this store I have ever seen. I was having an issue with my plan and the people in the store did not know what they were talking about/doing and actually told me to NOT call customer service to fix it. I called them anyway and wouldnt you know it, customer service fixed it in no time flat. Would NOT RECOMMEND going to this store, they turn mountains into molehills

Sprint has the best customer service - hands down. This location has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. They communicate with each other very well, so if you go in multiple times, they know your exact situation. The sales rep Jay has gone out of his way to ensure little action is required by me to get what I needed with my plan change and phone upgrade.

Andy R is by far the best Sprint rep I have ever dealt with. He always calls me by my name when I stop in and is alway friendly. He takes the time to show me tips and tricks for my phone, and if I ever have a problem he teaches me how to fix it.

I agree, Andy R. is absolutely fantastic. Great part of the team at this store and one of the most helpful associates I have ever come across. I wish that other Sprint stores had a team as customer friendly and knowledgeable as this Store.
