Really didnt have a good experience here. I walked in and didnt get greeted. I went to have a few items looked at and waited at the counter for about four minutes or so until the associate even acknowledged that I had entered the store. Now ive worked in retail so I understand that people get tied up. But for the amount of staff they had compared to the volume of customers they had was ridiculous. Too understaffed for proper customer service. When he finally did look at my stuff 20 minutes later, he took one look and said we wouldnt take those, and sent me on my way. When i told him that I saw similar snowboard gear (exact same brand, and mine were worn TWICE) that they had on the retail shelf he somewhat ignored me and said "have a great day" almost shooing me out of the store? He maybe spent a total of a minute and a half with me. I will not be coming back here.

I can appreciate the store for what it is. Used gear for a cheaper price. Heres the catch, Im not sure the prices here were all that much cheaper..Stuff appeared to be marked a little high, but then again, what do I know about pricing on scuffed up helmets? Store had a lot of selection for all sports. Service was decent. I was in the store a total of 15 minutes and think the employees said three sentences total to me. All in all it was ok. Id go back again just to see what they have for inventory, but might try to bargain due to prices.

The staff was very helpful. As soon as we arrived to check the snowboards, an employee asked if we needed help, then he helped us to find the right equipment. In comparison, we went to another Play it Again store in St. Louis Park, and we were left alone while the employees were listening to a foot ball game on the radio. Even though this Burnsville store is farther away, we will drive there because of the great customer service.

Owner has no idea what he is buying and is extremely inconsiderate with his offers for equipment. Brought in $2,000 worth of hockey equipment less than a season old and he offered $118.00 for it. Sells junk at a ridiculous price, wouldnt be surprised if he didnt play sports growing up. You can find products in that store in way better shape on eBay or Craigslist for half the price. Dont waste your time there.

This place is way too overpriced. I came here to look for snowboard boots, and they had a nice selection of boots to choose from. However, almost all of the boots were in poor condition, for between $50 and $80. Yet, you can find a decent pair on Craigslist at that same price range.

Its akin to a garage sale. If u like that sort of unpredictable chaos, then this is your place. Walked in looking for a golf bag and was underwhelmed...walked around for 10 minutes and none of the 4 employees even bothered to say hi...much less offer help.

The staff assisted with fitting hockey helmets and skates for my boys. Extremely knowledgable about the product, how they were to fit, etc. Large amount of inventory made it easy to get what we needed at a cheaper price.
