Ive been in here a few times, and I like the products, but it drives me up the wall when I have people jumping down my throat to sell me stuff. I understand that its your job, but I just want to look. If I have any questions, Ill ask, but I dont want to be engaging with someone when Im trying to make my own decisions. I know my skin better than someone who may just be trying to make a sale. I also dont like the uncomfortable position of someone wanting to demo a face wash on my dried, cracked, and possibly bleeding hands. I work in the food industry, and its all I can do to keep them from cracking and bleeding when I move them. Its an awkward position to be in when someone is forced by a company to do something that neither of you actually want to do. I dont blame the employees in stores, I blame corporate.

I was pretty interested in checking this store out since some people had suggested I do so, but the employees made me feel so uncomfortable I couldnt even focus on the products. There were at least 8 employees in that small store to help with questions, but they came up to you and after casually yet awkwardly trying to start a conversation stood there and waited for you to find something. I found it kind of stressful and was approached 4 different times within the first 2 minutes. They just need to give the customers a little space and communicate better in my opinion - however I left the store bummed because I wanted to learn more but felt oddly attacked like when a car salesperson comes at you and hoovers.

I went to lush yesterday and had the worst experience with the man at the register. The clerk next to him was so nice and friendly and helped every customer with their new product and even offered them a catalog. The clerk I had was short and rude. I was completely pleasant and caused no problems. It was a fairly quick transaction because I only had 3 items. The whole time he acted irritated and then at the end he literally threw the bag at me and it fell and hit me. I wasnt a bad customer. He just provided bad customer service. No matter how busy it gets you always need to keep your cool in customer service. Especially when your customer is nothing but pleasant.

I have always LOVED Lush and spent a lot of money there, but will never return to this one again. Worst customer service ever. You have about 10 people who work there, but stand in a circle just talking to each other after saying theyll help you and are clueless about their products and walk away. Ive never left a bad review or left a store as angry as I did the other day. The Lush in Edina is WAY more helpful than the MOA location.

Come for the smells and customer service if nothing else! I visit the store every time I go to the MoA, and each time Im greeted and helped by a friendly face. While their prices may be a bit much, they have a wide selection of great feeling and smelling products, and they highly encourage free samples before trying anything! And yes, the soaps and care products also work for men. They even have beard scrubs and natural hair gel!

This lush location was larger then the one in Jordan Creek Mall in IA however they had a lot less to offer for products, they didnt have any bath bond which is the big thing they are known for. I also wasnt greeted by anyone untill I checked out. In IA they all say something to you even if they are with someone. I love the products but this location needs to work on customer service

The store is tiny and cramped. The employees are constantly pushing you to try a sample. The products are really faux healthy. The ingredients are hardly any different than something youd find in a Target or something. The quality could be considered better slightly, but not enough to justify the prices. I fell for the Lush fad for awhile and have slowly come to realize its a scam.

I had a great experience at the Lush in Mall of America. I went at a very busy time, yet several employees took time to ask me if I needed anything or if I wanted to try out any products. A lady named Abby helped me to find the perfect makeup and made several suggestions for what she thought would be best for me. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars

Ive slowly been changing all my products to cruelty free items, so I shop at Lush regularly. Every time Ive gone in Ive hade amazing service. The staff is knowledgeable about all the ingredients every product, which is no small task considering how many things they sell. Ive never seen any staff member there with a negative attitude.

I have absolutely fallen inlove with Lush. Staff are very knowledgeable and helped me put together a regiment of shampoo, conditioner, sea salt spray, and leave in conditioner. I have noticed amazing results with my curls being much tighter, bouncier, and less frizzy and it smells so amazing I rarely wear perfume anymore.
