Full service hardware store with friendly people, but their bookkeeping is apparently a mess. I had a screen repaired, came in, and paid what they asked. Two months later I got a phone call saying to come in because their records showed I hadnt paid the entire amount. Of course I hadnt kept the receipt, so what followed was a half hour discussion trying to figure out a $7 discrepancy on their books.

Bad customer service. Mean manager. Bought a tool to see if it can do the purpose and tried to return it within 20 min they said I cant return it. Do not try to go there and sabe your self the time and go to big stores or anywhere else. But not that place. Will never try to work with you or help you
