Usually i have a good experience but whenever a girl named Stephanie is there i feel like customers are not important and stocking is all that matters to her because she is so obsessed with making sure theres enough cakes out and spoons that she cant even acknowledge a customer until they make loud noise or an employee points it out. i understand one bad day at a bad time, but after two incidents of her being rude i formed an bad opinion. tonight was my third encounter with her, and this time her coworker asked for help and she continued to stock spoons for a minute and rolled her eyes, mumbled "what can i get for you" then i just told her ahead of time the 2 things we were ordering and she said "onw thing at a time". working as a barista i know and understand that no matter what customers are more important than making sure youll close faster. and you always should help employees when theres a line!!! its not my fault she chose to work somewhere that serves icecream, if she doesnt want to do it and shed rather put spoons in a cup she should work at a Solo factory packaging spoons and not associating with customers. Sorry to be negative, all the other employyes are funny nice and personable.

Ive been to a few different Cold Stone Creamery stores but this was my first time at this location. Its been a while since Ive been to these but they used to welcome people with an annoying "welcome song." That was the one thing I never cared for. To my pleasant surprise, this location didnt welcome me with a song. They either stopped doing that or this location decided to skip it. I had the cookie dough ice cream dish. It was pretty good but the cookie dough was in hard, somewhat dried out "chunks." You know its bad when your 5 year old son says the cookie dough is "hard to chew." I have to say, the Dairy Queen cookie dough blizzards are much better and cheaper:)

I went in in two different days wanting the German chocolate mix and both times they were out of brownies about a week later I called to confirm if they had brownies and was told by the person that answered phone they had brownies so I asked if I came in if they would have everything to make the German chocolate and she said come on in yes. So I begged my husband and 20 min. Later he left the house to get it for me, they had no chocolate ice cream....ugghhhhh if I am calling to ask please know what flavors you have before telling me you had everything I wanted

My husband went in to get us ice cream and he said the ladies there were rude and short with him. Very minimal amount of flavors. We had them to go and one of the ladies got an attitude when she needed to get a lid for one of the containers. Turns out it was the wrong size and needed to move the ice cream to a different container and got ice cream all over the container and didnt bother to clean it up! I wanted my flavors separate, they were mixed. My husband didnt want chocolate chips in his, he had chocolate chips. Wont be coming back.

Utter chaos in store, tables covered in old ice cream, ordered, was told it would be 4 minutes, and waited 15 minutes before we finally went back and told someone we were waiting, took another 5 minutes before it was done. Ingredients were lacking and minimal to the ones that were added. No apology given, just heres your stuff, and next person please. Highly disappointed...

the ice cream here is amazing! contrary to what some of the douche-canoes have said, the staff is also amazing. theyre quite nice & enjoyable. theres also no reason for them to constantly be by the ice cream. theyre probs decorating cakes, cleaning, etc. thats a pretty dumb thing to complain about.

I found a hair in my shake and the young ladys working there could care less. They said we will make a new one. No I would not like a new one I would like a refund. I honestly would have brushed it off but the fact the employees didnt even apologize really erked me. Not happy with my experience

The ice cream is great, but the service is less than acceptable. The staff members are extremely rude and seem to be more interested in standing in the back room talking than actually doing their job. If the managers hired a more competent staff, this place could be a gold mine!

Been here a few times. Theres usually a line after dinner hours and the staff are slow. They changed their cookie dough recipe and its not better than the one they had previously, but if youre just looking for a scoop of something sweet thisll do.

Cold Stone always hits the spot and the customer service at this location is fantastic. We unknowingly stayed past closing and they didnt give us a hard time at all.
