I was driving in the area when I suddenly heard a clunking like something was bouncing around under my hood and when it stopped I looked in my rear view mirror to see a little piece of something rolling down the road behind me. I turned around and parked and found the part and quickly drove to this Autozone to see if they could help. They were quickly able to identify it as part of a sway bar link and took me out to my car and were able to show me which one was broken and where. They were able to get me a replacement and went over how to put in the replacement. I got the vehicle home and replaced it easily enough (hardest part was getting what was left of the old one out of there). Am very happy with the service they provided.

HORRRRRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Everytime Ive gone in here for something there is always a handful of employees standing around the back registers. After walking up to the only person actually seeming to work i asked if I could checkout there. His reply was, "Ummm...." Another employee, despite the great incovince I had caused him by wanting to check out, said he would check me out. He was extremely unfriendly, didnt even bother to make eye contact and damn near shoved the receipt at me. Dear OReillys...ill be coming to you from now on.

I stopped in this evening in desperate need of windshield wipers. The gentleman who helped me was very professional. He looked up what I needed then showed me what they had and took the time to explain to me the difference of each. After making my purchase he offered to put the wiper blades on my vehicle. He explained how to put them on while he was doing so, showing me what he was doing. What WONDERFUL customer service!!

Terrible service. 0 certified working mechanics so why would I buy from a non mechanic? Didnt know what they were talking about because anyone can use a computer to look up a problem. Go to OReilly s on Aberdeen by burger king. Much better service with certified auto motive technicians

This autozone has been very helpful and has had all the parts that I have needed when going into the store. They even have given me discounts when checking out at random. Great customer service. Autozone you have a new customer because of this store... sorry checker and napa.

Worst customer service ever! They only took may 2 minutes of their time before they said it is either a dealer part or junk yard part. Waste of my time to even try to get parts there! Only looked up the part as a kit and not as a single piece.

Prices are just fine but the employee I talked with made it seem like I was taking time away from the goofing off he was currently doing with another employee. Would still shop there but would look for someone else to ask advice from.

Why hire people that know nothing about cars . Wrong parts twice . Was quoted over the phone part prices . So i gad them order .when go to get parts wrong and of course the parts i needed were more money.

Horrible service. dumb employees. Extremely slow wait for simplest of things. Employee said hed call when part came in never happened. This place sucks, o reaily up the street gives much better service.

Understaffed but prices are okay. I would rather go to Home Depot or Lowes instead since they have a better selection. I wanted to also add that the customer service sucks at this location.
