I have nothing but positive things to say about SST. Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable; they will only fix what you need and they will approve any work with you ahead of time. I brought my vehicle in one day thinking I had a major (as well as expensive) issue and I was ready to write a large check but they determined it was a different issue which cost less than $100 to fix. Honest mechanics are tough to come by; honest mechanics who do great work are tougher yet. I found one.

Passing through Grand Rapids and had a windshield wiper actuator problem on our class A RV. Called Southside and they said they would be happy to look at it for us. They immediately had a technician come out to look at the problem. He was able to reattach the piece that came off! ! Off we go for our next adventure! I wish we had a Southside Tire and Auto where we live! Outstanding customer service! ! Thank you! !

Finally - a shop that diagnoses and repairs the problem correctly the first time! I had taken my Silverado to two different places before this for a recurring check engine light issue. The guys at Southside found what the others had missed and got my truck working right again. Very impressed with their mechanics and customer service. Ill definitely be using them from now on whenever my vehicles need repair. Thanks!

Dude was rude. Said he didnt like to work on cars that people did there own maintenance. Said i needed to replace my tie rod ends. took the car home and took 10 mins and some lube to free them. took it somewhere else and they had no problem. also charged 35 bucks to tell me he wouldnt do the work unless i had new tie rod ends... they werent worn just a little corrosion.. its Minnesota retard...

When I arrived late to my appointment, Jerry was kind enough to not only give me a ride back to work, but also called me when my vehicle was finished and asked what was a good time to pick me up from work and return me to the shop to get my truck.
